The cap size is comfortable for me and keeps hair dry. It also fits my daughter without any problem. The multi color cap looks really cool. We've also tried out the goggles and the size is good and fit. It's really useful keeping the chlorine water out of your eyes to avoid burning sensation.The finishing of the product is very good, unlike local knock-offs. I don't use the nose clip or the ear plugs, but my daughter has to use the ear plugs on our doctors orders so the whole kit is useful to us. I did get a box for nose plug and is very handy to even keep ear plug. Goggle is not anti fog and had to remove after every half a lap(luckily that gave some to catch breath for new comer like me). Cap is just fine too and fits well, adjusts well and look pretty cool(multi color). Now, I have solved fog issue by applying some tooth paste, rubbed and buffed with towel(read on internet) after which it takes quite some time to get foggy.Not sure how do I check if it is UV resistant but when I am doing back float around 10 am in morning and sun is up I just can't handle it and have to keep my eyes close. So you decide if Anti UV works or not. Otherwise I am very happy with goggles(specially after applying toothpaste). Another important point is goggle use to come out every time I jumped(dived) so I tried one of my trainers goggle and realized mine were very loose so I just tightened it up a bit and now they don't come off. So, 2 major issues resolved and I am happy with it at the moment. Thought they are pretty tight in the eye as they are very less in terms of diameter and hence I am planning to buy a little wider one. But if that is not an issue with you(mostly experience simmers don't seem to have issues with that but beginner like me may) they are good.
