Yes, it works. Only take the recommended amount if you want to sleep. The quality is top tier. Yes, it has an unpleasant taste. I take it with a strong liquid like Sunny D or tart cherry juice. Yes, it has a calming effect. My morning mood has greatly improved.

Worth a try. I like to be healthy.
I'm just starting out using this. The taste is bitter so be sure to have a drink of something to chase it down. I use water and it does not leave weird aftertaste. Can probably mix in a smoothie but I just take it like directions say to do so. Will find out on my next blood work if it's helping or not.

Decent product
I think I liked this stuff, but the taste was definitely one to get used to. Easy to use but for some reason it was always seeping through the bottle. Comparable size to similar products. I always mixed it with water and it still tasted pretty bad but was easy to mix. I would probably buy it again. I believe it was effective but not as effective as powdered ashwaghanda that I’ve tried in the past (equally bad tasting). Easy to digest and decent quality.

Broken seal
I had to throw the bottle away. Product was leaking when I took it out of the box, over half the bottle spilled out and got on the other things I ordered.
