Prior to this heat press, I had no experience whatsoever with this type of device. First off, it needs to be said that xTool's packaging is second to none. The foam packing ensured that everything arrived safely and in perfect condition. There was little to no assembly required, and after watching a couple YouTube videos I felt more than ready to give this tool a shot. It was so easy to learn and use, we had several pair of leather earrings done in no time. I'm looking forward to using this more and figuring out other ways to incorporate it into my current laser business, but for now I can confidently state that this machine will open up new avenues for our business to explore and I can't wait to use it again. Update - this has been such a cool addition. To our business, and even has practical applications at home! Using the mini press we were able to adhere a huge patch to a growing hole in our couch, now it's like new!

I recently started using the xTool Heat Press All-in-One Kit, and it has really elevated my projects. Before, I relied on the Cricut Easy Press for sublimation, but I often dealt with ink shifting, which left some items looking shadowed or distorted. The xTool bundle's versatility has been a game changer, and its sleek, minimalist design fits perfectly in my workspace. I was initially unsure about the separate control panel, but it quickly made sense—it’s great for precisely managing time and temperature, especially for smaller items like earrings. The Bluetooth connectivity is an added bonus that makes things even more convenient especially for the mini press. One thing to note is that adjusting the pressure took a bit of practice, but there are plenty of tutorial videos that helped me get the hang of it. Now, I’m ready to create flawless projects and look forward to making custom Christmas gifts for the upcoming craft fair.

This is my first heat press. With that said, the 3-in-1 kit seems pretty nice and very well packaged but it does come with a couple flaws. My kit only came with one wireless transceiver. Logically, I'd think there should be one for each heater. The transceiver allows you to control temps on the heaters with the wireless control panel. This allow you to dial in the exact tempature and set a countdown timer. I guess they expect you to swap the transceiver between the two heaters. Yes, the mini heater can be used without the control panel, but is limited to a push button low/med/hi setting, with no exact temperature control or timer. The large heat requires the transceiver bcuz there is no other way to control it. So I contacted xtool support directly and long story short... they sold me one for $11 plus $10 for shipping. Unfortunately I didn't think to ask for the part #. For now, I believe xtool support is the only way to get an additional transceiver. The other small issue is the four included M4*16 screws that attach the plastic press mount bracket to the center of the large heater are about 2mm too short to reach the theads in the heater. Lucky for me, I had some extra M4*18s and washers from an old project. Sense I easily resolve this, I never mentioned it to xtool support, but something to note.

Excelente size work for almost everything

this product arrived, used and without many parts. we are returning it for a refund. however, we would like to get the actual new product if possible.

It works pretty good. Easy to use. You need to make sure you follow directions in order to use the control pod with it. It is actually a good investment.

This was my first time using a heat press or HTV. This machine seemed complicated but it was actually very easy to use. All you really need to do is plug it in, snap in the little receiver dongle, pair with the temperature control and you're ready to go. There was a tiny bit of "hot iron smell" but it wasn't too strong. I like that the press has two handles, one on each side for more even pressing. It also makes it easy to pick up and put down. I have some arthritis and grip strength issues in my hands and this was very comfortable to use. It took a bit to heat up but nothing overly long. Maybe a minute or two. I like the little handheld temperature control. It's pretty easy to dial in the temp and time that you need. I didn't personally use the presets because they didn't match what I was using, but these would be very easy if you were doing a lot of shirts that needed the same settings. No need to dial them in each time. I tried glitter HTV and matte smooth HTV, both with no issues.

Works well. While nice to have a wireless controller it would be nice if you could plug directly in. Sometimes it does not like to stay connected. The heat it produces and even distribution.

What a whole heap of complication, it's not as straight forward as the description says, you need to go and get a SPECIFIC SUBLIMATION printer or it does not work. Trawling websites and shops in London, looking at the confused faces of shop assistants was fascinating. So finding said printer took us a week, and cost a small fortune. Then you have to buy SPECIFIC paper to be able to transfer to the fabric. Better of buying something that may cost a little more, but does what it says on the tin without the stress of having to purchase separate items to get it to work. So frustrating .

La qualité est la comme toujours chez X TOOL, super pratique très bien pensé, et super facile d'utilisation. La plaque chauffe correctement sur toute la surface. Vraiment ravis de cette achat.

De momento estoy satisfecha con el funcionamiento, tiene distintos programas con temperatura y tiempo en función de lo que vayas a estampar y es fácil de usar. Le pongo de pega que necesitas tener un espacio bastante amplio para usarla, ya que la parte superior rota para poner y extraer las prendas y las patas que tiene, para q se mantenga estable por esa rotación, también ocupan mucho. La mini plancha tb funciona muy bien.
