It’s a little bit bigger than a size, my hand, and I have really big hands for a woman . I love that I’m able to use it on any type of water bottle of any size because you can adjust it to fit bigger or smaller ones and the cool thing is if you have a water bottle that tends to perspire this doesn’t affect it at all because it has grips on the straps to keep it from sliding now I’m not always using a water bottle so I do not always need to use this pouch for that so I use it to put it on my arm or my wrist or just carry around anywhere I go as if it were like a little purse so you can use it for multiple reasons .
