Ordered this product twice but unfortunately the first order has been cancelled due to delivery issue (I think it was because of the terrible weather that time). They have processed the refund immediately without me doing anything and has received without any delays. Then finally, got the product after the 2nd order. Delivery was quick! It was delivered earlier than expected--no issues with the wrapping at all. The product itself is superb! Very strong suction and very straightforward to use. I can say the product was carefully thought of in terms of it's design and how the accessories/features been made. It's very handy specially when you need to reach underneath furnitures as the flex feature really helps. The product is very handy and lightweight. Battery wise, I'd say it's okay as it can be use for how many minutes. With the first use after receiving the item the battery was around 30-40% and we managed to clean the stairs' carpet already, 2 rugs and our kitchen area (a laminated floor). Charging time said it might need about 4hrs but it seems like it's faster than the 4hrs (though I honestly did not timed it) , I just relied on the charging light indicater only 😀. After a full charge, we used the vacuum couple of times already to clean the house and hasn't charged yet, so let's say the battery is really long lasting for couples of uses in eco mode (I have not tried other modes yet). Overall, we are satisfied with this product. Price over the function is satisfactory! Never thought I would be able to buy such good product with cheaper price as compared to those known brands, plus we got it in a sale price! How I wish the suction mode would initially be in the following arrangement: eco, normal, turbo. But otherwise, no other concerns at the moment! ☺️

This cleaner is not too heavy, and its portability makes it very easy to use. The suction is excellent and the brushes pick up fluff and dust very well. It is also easy to empty the container which collects all dust and dirt. The battery life is quite good, although it would be useful to have a spare battery for longer cleaning sessions. Overall it operates very well and represents excellent value for money.

I have avoided buying a cordless vacuum for many years as I have a fairly large Edwardian house and I wasn't sure if the battery would last but this allows me to do upstairs and down. I would not go back to a corded vaccum. I am extremely happy with this model, it is lightweight but sturdy, very manoeverable and gets under furniture, picks up well and is easy to empty. Very good value for money.

I used to absolutely dread cleaning, mainly because I despised using the hoover in the past, but my whole outlook on tidying up has done a complete U-turn since getting this brilliant machine. I'm genuinely chuffed with how well it works - it tackles both carpets and wooden floors without breaking a sweat. You wouldn't believe the amount of dog hair it manages to collect! Having two furry friends who shed like mad, especially on the stairs, meant we desperately needed something that could handle the mess properly, and crikey, this gadget really does the business. The hoover's handle is fantastically practical, with brilliant flexibility - you can tell they really thought about the design, making it dead easy to clean without having to faff about moving furniture or doing your back in trying to reach those awkward spots under the sofa and tables. It's properly user-friendly and dead simple to move around, plus the LED light really shows up all the dust you never knew was hiding about before. The battery life is proper impressive too - lasts long enough for me to do the whole house without conking out halfway through. Emptying the bin is an absolute doddle - just remember to give it a quick once-over with a brush to shift any stubborn dust clinging to the inside! I'm particularly fond of the charging dock, which keeps everything neat and tidy when it's not being used. I'm well pleased with how it performs and how straightforward it is to use - it's properly simple to get the hang of. If you've got pets at home, I'd say this is definitely worth considering.

I bought this vacuum cleaner to replace a previous more expensive one which did not perform as well as I expected. So far I am very impressed with it .. more powerful than the previous one and does an excellent job on carpets and hard floors. The green light is superb compared to a white one and shows every speck of dust allowing me to do a very thorough clean on my floors throughout the entire house. It holds more dust than I expected too plus is simple to empty when full. I am also impressed with the weight and ease of use .. and the wall mounted charging bay to park it in when not in use is perfect. All in all a very well designed vacuum cleaner for an excellent price.

Très satisfaite de mon achat car c'est un excellent aspirateur qui n'a rien a envier au grande marque. Il a une très forte puissance d'aspiration que ce soit pour la poussière, les poils d'animaux ou les débris d'après travaux. Son entretien est très facile aussi bien pour vider le réservoir que pour nettoyer les filtres et les brosses. La flexibilité du tube est un atout pour le dessous des meubles et lits. L'autonomie de la batterie est suffisante pour un logement de 100m² et la recharge est rapide. Les LED verte sont ultra utile c’est bluffant ! On voit la poussière et je ne pensais pas en avoir autant ... J'ai testé le site Ultenic pour commander des accessoires et ils sont très réactifs et à l'écoute. Un rapport qualité / prix imbattable c'est un aspirateur sans fil puissant et pratique. Bon investissement.

Odkurzacz sprząta świetnie, niestety po 15 minutach odkurzania odpadła śruba z teleskopowej rury i rura się rozleciała musiałem to samemu naprawiać. Ostatnim minusem jest długie ładowanie bateri, w instrukcji sugerują 2x krótszy czas ładowania(i nie mowie tu o 1 ladowaniu po zakupie). Nie zwracam tylko dlatego że świetnie sprząta.

Estoy muy contenta con la adquisición de mi aspiradora Ultenic U16 Flex sin cable. Tengo una mascota que suelta mucho pelo y con la potente succión de mi Ultenic me facilita la eliminación de pelos, además, de poder realizar una limpieza eficiente y rápida en toda la casa, ya que su autonomía me permite limpiezas completas sin interrupciones. Me encanta que ilumina el área a limpiar, permitiendo detectar polvo y suciedad en los lugares más difíciles de ver. Es un aparato muy fácil de manejar y me permite limpiar bajo los muebles sin agacharme. En cuanto a la limpieza y mantenimiento del aparato también es fácil de mantener y limpiar. Sin duda, la recomendaría a todos los que estén interesados en hacerse con una. Ya que se trata de una aspiradora que aúna calidad y precio.

De stofzuiger voelt heel stevig en degelijk. Hij zuigt goed. Door het lichtje zie je of je alles goed hebt opgezogen en de opvangbak is groot. Hele fijne stofzuiger, zeker voor deze prijs. Er was iets mis met de verzending, maar ik kreeg binnen een dag een vriendelijke reactie van ultenic en ze kwamen direct met een passende oplossing.
