Moo glue is awesome
Excellent meat binder. Have had issue forming bison/buffalo patties that stay together while cooking, meat has low fat content. This additive has resolved the issue. Is tolerated well on low-histamine diet.

The product works well!
I think this is an excellent product when used as I use it, to fuse large pieces of meat products together . I do not believe in bonding small scraps of meat to form a "steak" I personally think it is unethical but that's just my view! It will do a great job of taking two cuts of meat to form a roast, or even a high quality steak for broiling.

a bazillion times more than I'll ever use
I have used this twice and it actually works! I bonded slices of beef, chicken, lamb, and pork into a Frankensteak and that is exactly what I got! THEN I used it making a honking big mortadella and badda bing badda bang, like, dude! It sliced Sooo clean! My only thought is... you get a LOT for the price so be prepared to use it, coz if you follow the directions, it works...

Moo Glue is just the greatest brand-name ever.
Really happy with the product. I mean, it's just Activa, but the ability to get it and not spend $110 on a kilo of it is huge. Great for the professional chef working out of a home kitchen.

First time user - works great for rolling deboned turkey
I like to smoke whole, deboned, brined turkeys around the holidays. Normally, there's the struggle to roll & tie into a consistent thickness. After smoking, the slices fall apart for a messy presentation. The Moo Glue solves both issues. Yes, this works equally well with post-brine meat! Rolled into skin-on roast w/plastic wrap & Moo Glue, chilled overnight, and roast held its shape for tying. Sliced perfectly!

Great product
It came in a vac bag inside a ziplock. I thought it was an unusable brick. I was wrong. Great product, and I would recomend to anyone. Five Stars

Meat Glue
It's ok because it has not been used, yet. The rating is based on research on the product.Looking forward to using the product within the month.

Pretty messy to use.
This stuff worked pretty well but, we keep having to resuce amount used because it bleeds out from the meat when cooking. Makes a right awful mess. Does not change the flavor of the meat which is good. For the Pirce you pay you get a great amount.
