I really didn't think this stuff would work because it's pretty mild but it did it cut a lot of the calcium and minerals out of my mini ice machine. I let it run for a whole day when I was working about 14 hours and it really cleaned it up pretty good it's running a little bit better needs a few more Cycles but definitely worth it and definitely works.

Worked just fine, easy to use. Mixed the concentrate in a old gallon water bottle and poured it into the icemaker with a solo cup. Cleared the error on the machine, and back to making ice!

I often have to use more than suggested on the bottle. Usually 50% more. If I use the recommended amount, I have to go through the cleaning process at least twice.

I have a Magic Chef ice machine that quit working about every other cycle and I thought it was just getting old, going bad. I live in ab area with extremely hard water and didn't think about it before until I started brain storming about how to save my machine. I feel like a silly woman now, because I finally figured it out lol and this stuff is amazing!!! I didn't even use the recommended amount, it was less and it has stull worked!! I can't recommend this product enough, it literally has been years with no maintenance and it still worked! Best 10 bucks I have spent in quite a while!!
