Omega Watches

This a great book!Wonderfull foto's of most legendary omega watches like the seamaster 300, speedmasters, and the 40's and 50's "chronometre" models. Including shots of the movements.Pictures have great definition, contrast etc.I use books like these as inspiration for watch designing at Pellikaan timing.As a minus there is not much description of the various models. For me that is not needed, but for some it may be a thing.

オメガ本の定番です。必ずしも資料的価値が高い本ではありませんが、人気モデルの大きな写真を見ることが出来、参考になります。特に、デッドストックとおぼしき時計が複数掲載されていますので、当時のプライス等、興味深い点が多々あります。

画像が非常に鮮明で、機械部分が詳細にわかります。マニアも目で見ても◎です。

Dissapointment. Very high cost by just pictures. I think the watch time magazine, have more technical information that this book by a considerably low price.

Of course this is 100% personal view. Mine is that it is a nice book to look at, a picture book.I miss information with the pictures as one cannot find reference nº of the watches, date of production , calibre used ,etc. Some brief info together with the pictures would have been very nice to have.I like it anyway but I miss the above mentioned info very much.Best regards+++jmbanzo, Spain.
