I was not filled with confidence when it arrived, my carton was battered and it was almost plain white, nothing like the product photo. Anyway I froze it in one of my creami jars and left it in the freezer for a month or so after forgetting about it.I ran it through the Creami and it was ready to serve after the first time (a lot of mixtures need blending twice in the creami). It was really delicious ice cream, I wish I had a way of serving it as soft serve, but I only have a scoop so I couldn’t, but nevertheless it was deliciously soft and creamy.
