I got this for a HVAC tool, but it also puts my meat thermometer to shame! It also checks room temps. Love the light. Very fair price and super fast and easy to use.

The thermometer works exactly as it says it should. It is super responsive, the battery lasts forever on it and for how small it is. It is absolutely perfect for my home inspections. Never had an issue with accuracy, just all around solid product.

Takes accurate temps and I like the high and low reading. Unfortunately to easy to leave in duct work.

almost gave this thermometer a bad review because it arrived with a low battery, but once I replaced it, it worked perfectly. I just clip it onto the AC vent and turn it on whenever I need to check the temperature. It’s fairly accurate when compared to my other thermometers—maybe a degree or two off, but still good enough. Another plus is how quickly it reads the temperature, which is definitely an advantage.

No complaints whatsoever, it's a digital thermometer with hold, average, min and max functions and a backlight. The protective cover can be used to extend the length of the thermometer. It does take a while to settle and get a final reading but I feel that's to be expected and would occur with any digital thermometer. I use it for checking supply air on HVAC.

Needed to measure the temperature of the intake and exhaust ports of my hybrid water heater to check if the compressor was functioning properly. Worked quickly to show temperatures and that the compressor wasn't working.

Handy tool, but limited by its size. Using for automotive HVAC and sadly the tool is too thick to clip to the vent fins of most cars. It does read accurately, quickly and retains a readout long enough to read, or has the option to display the highest temperature over the time the tool is on. I still use it daily, but it holds me up trying to clip it onto something in the vent before my test drive.

Just received and you can immediately tell that it is a high quality tool. I'm excited to start using it. Worth the extra cost compared to a cheaper one, even if the accuracy is the same, its nice to have a quality built tool.

Been using this for a short period ( 2 weeks I think ) and so far its impressed me. I swapped it out for my works calibrated Regin unit which costs £240, that seems to be plagued with issues regarding with water ingress around where the probes are plugged in. The Klein so far has out performed the Regin despite the cost difference. There seems to be many complaints about the belt/pocket clip, mine has been in/out of my pocket dozens of times without issue. Maybe I’m a bit more careful clipping it, but it’s been fine and I’ve had it in my pocket permanently during the 2 weeks. It’s a fraction of the size/weight of my other unit, now I carry this and a Klein 11 in 1 screwdriver which has transformed my 6 monthly temperature testing of TMV valves. I first spotted it approx 2 years ago, I wish I’d bought it sooner............
