This tastes delicious therefore it is so easy to take. One scoop in water and it mixes quickly. I'm not sure about effectiveness as I haven't taken it long enough but so far it's a positive from me.

I used to order direct from my protein but find it easier with Amazon. On the right in picture is what I always order and have been for a good year. On the left is what I’ve received this time. I just presumed change of packaging. It’s a different colour, thick consistency that doesn’t dissolve no matter how long you shake. It tastes completely different. Very disappointed as I’ve tried to get a replacement or refund but no options on Amazon and can’t contact directly go round in circles.
