Excellent for what I needed. Much better than the tape that you normally cut. Far more resistance. But have found I will only use the black one which has highest level of resistance

For price quality good

Bought these to do leg stretches as I have sciatica and they’ve been a godsend. Only issue was with delivery. The Amazon driver posted the parcel across the street for no reason whatsoever but that isn’t the fault of the seller. Overall they are good value for money and the quality is good. Can’t comment on durability as I haven’t had them long enough but I hope they last!

I think they’re are really good! Strong, good size, comfortable and do the job they’re supposed to do. I would recommend.

Good buy

I use these whilst sat watching tv. The wife also uses the light one now and again. They are silent and a dream to put away. I am slowly increasing the reps I do and the band thickness. Anyone can use these. I going to take them with me on holiday to keep up the gains I have made. Highly recommended. UPDATE. this morning 20/9/24 the purple meduim band snapped. I can't find any way of contacting the seller and I am ousude the return date. Devistated.

Buen producto, hacen su función. Por sacar alguna pega, las bandas más débiles son demasiado flojas. Yo las uso para realizar ejercicios de musculación.

筋トレとか全くゴリゴリやるタイプじゃないけど、 ながら運動しようと思い購入。 個包装で5枚、硬さの違うバンドが入っています。 1番弱い青から強い黒までありますが、 だいたい何キロくらいの強度か書いた紙が入ってます。 動きによって一つ一つ使ってると物足りないなぁと思ったりもするので、二つ組み合わせたりして使ってみてますが、 意外と弱いのでも重ねると全然違って、バリエーション豊富になるので良いなと思ってます。 （正しい使い方かはわかりませんが…） 値段も安いのでおすすめです。
