I recently purchased the Benchmade - Adira 18060 Outdoor Knife, and it has quickly become my go-to tool for all outdoor activities. From the moment I held it, I was impressed by its build quality and design. The first thing that stands out is the Depth Blue Grivory handle. Not only is it visually striking, but it also offers an exceptional grip. Whether my hands are wet or dry, the knife feels secure and comfortable, which is crucial for any outdoor adventure. The blade itself is razor-sharp right out of the box and maintains its edge remarkably well. I've used it for everything from cutting rope to preparing food, and it performs flawlessly every time. The balance between the blade and the handle is perfect, making it easy to control and precise in its cuts. One feature I particularly appreciate is the knife's overall durability. The materials used are high-quality and built to withstand the rigors of outdoor use. I've taken it on several camping trips, and it shows no signs of wear or tear, which speaks volumes about its longevity. Additionally, the knife comes with a well-designed sheath that securely holds the blade while allowing for quick and easy access. This is a small but significant detail that enhances the overall user experience. In summary, the Benchmade - Adira 18060 Outdoor Knife with Depth Blue Grivory Handle is an outstanding tool for any outdoor enthusiast. Its combination of sharpness, durability, and ergonomic design makes it a reliable companion for all sorts of tasks. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a versatile and dependable outdoor knife.

What a gorgious knife! Size is perfect for my hands. (I take a men's medium glove size.) At just under 4", the blade is legal concealed by Oregon state and is also legal concealed in nearly all cities and counties, which in Oregon often override state knife laws. I like a 4" blade for a working lock-blade folder because I often cut cheese or other food with them, and need to avoid using the 1/2 inch at the base, as getting food in the folding/locking mechanism presents a huge cleaning mess. The handle seems to weigh nothing but is wider than most folders, so is ergonomically better for actually using. Very comfortable too. Blade is wide enough to spread peanut butter with. I was new to Benchmade and the Axis locking mechanism. Very easy to open with the stud, which was no surprise. Was shocked to find out it was also easy to close the knife with one hand once I got the hang of it. In appearance absolutely beautiful.

I think the knife community has waited a long time for Benchmade to devise an answer to Spyderco's excellent Salt line. The wait is over. Magnacut is the correct steel choice for this blade. Let's get the obvious points out of the way: the presentation (box, etc.) is great, it came ridiculously sharp from the factory, deep carry pocket clip is great, action and construction is perfect, even my wife said it's a pretty color 😍. I've had this at the beach the last two days and it's sliced through plastic, aluminum cans, fishing line with aplomb. This blade is expensive, but it's par for the course when dealing with tools this well made. It's worth noting, I have XXL hands and there is room to spare on the handle...which means gloved big handed people are GTG with this knife. I would have bought the smaller Adira, but watching Gideon Tactical's review, he said that its fatal flaw was the grip for large handed individuals...so I got the full-size. Would buy this again!
