Better Quality Than Most & Value That Seems Endless
I almost never leave reviews, but I was so impressed here I was left with no choice. This machine is, hands down, the best value automatic or semiautomatic espresso machine on the market right now. I've owned and tried many of them, including the creme de la creme, the Jura machines from Switzerland which run $2000 to $6000. I can't believe how many features and how much quality they packed into this machine for such a price. I honestly don't know how they did it. I got mine for less than five hundred dollars and they even threw in no interest financing for a full year. Are you kidding me? I should've bought ten of these things for that kind of a deal. You can try out the expensive ones like Jura, Miele, Bosch, etc, or the mid-range ones like Gaggia, Breville, DeLonghi, etc, or the less expensive automatics like Kitchen Aid, Philips, Cuisinart or any number of brands made in China with their company name & logo slapped on them, and you won't find a better value than the Ninja Luxe Cafe Premier. It just ain't gonna happen. I won't go into the details of a product testing review as you can find endless numbers of those online or on YT. Suffice to say I was blown away by the power of the pump and boiler, the quality of the grinder, the perfect and easy-as-pie milk frother, the speed and efficiency of every function, the design, and....just everything about it. If you want great espresso, perfect milk foam, fantastic drip, a capable grinder and a price that no other company on the market can even come close to with this level of build quality and performance, look no further. You've found your new machine.

Very happy with the quality, consistency and taste.
I was very nervous about buying an all-in-one product as there is a lot that can go wrong ... for example if the grinder fails, does the whole unit stop working? So I went into this with some skepticism. Ive had this thing since Feb, so about 6 months, and I cant rave enough. I was just cleaning it and told the Mrs that this may be the best purchase we've made in years. I am the kind of person that takes really good care of my things, so I do the biweekly cleaning and maintenence that a lot of people would not do, but even so I am absolutely AMAZED at the quality of the build and how consistently perfect the shots taste, especially after 6 months. Ive come to to appreciate the ease of use and consistency so much that I now skoff at videos describing great techniques for making espresso. Ive even tried deviating from the recommended grind values only to have the shots come out wrong and always go back to the grind the machine suggests. The ONLY minor issue ive had is that the little float to let you know the drain is full is getting stuck and doesnt always notify you that its full, so extra care is needed when cleaning this to ensure it can lift properly without friction. I generally dump the water as I use it so it doesnt become a problem, but this thing gets used 4x to 6x a day (by several people) and its absolutely held up. The little rubber gasket that you unscrew a thing to access and remove to clean is also still in perfect shape. Very good quality product. We have really good water here (not very hard) so ive only had to descale it once so far ... so take that into consideration. The frother is fantastic, particularly with cold foam, and I love that you can use it in 'manual mode' if you desire, but Ive never had to as the automatic setting work great.

3 Lattes to perfection!
As my title says, it took me 3 tries to become adept at making the perfect latte, and the first didn’t count as you’re supposed to dispose of that one anyway. I’ll be honest, I was worried about becoming an amateur barista thinking the instructions for setup and brewing might go over my head. On the contrary, between the setup instruction manual and the step by step instructions through the BILT app (just scan the QR code and it’ll walk you through this part), it was quite easy to get going. In less than an hour, I had the machine setup and had brewed myself a perfect store quality caramel latte. The stainless steel design looks great and the unit itself appears to be quite durable. A sturdy design with enough weight behind it to keep it easily in place. I’m impressed with the various functions and choices available. It came with a basic recipe book that included various types of recipes, including cold brews. This lovely machine also makes an amazing cup of hot cocoa, for which I used a thick froth setting for the milk (Lactaid works just as well as regular milk, as I’ve become lactose intolerant over the last decade). I haven’t yet purchased a separate knock box for the coffee grounds, so until I do, I have an empty coffee can I keep under my sink for proper disposal. The coffee grounds come out with just a light tap. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. I’ve always been a fan of Ninja products, and this machine is no exception. The Ninja Luxe Café 3-in-1 machine makes it easy to become an amateur barista in no time. As someone who spends roughly $65-$85 a month on retail coffee shops, this machine will pay for itself quickly.

Love this machine!
This us tge vest machine I have purchased. It makes a perfect espresso, or cup of coffee. Its so easy to use and everything is explained on screen. You know what to do. Tells you when to clean and when to descale and is way easier to do than any other machine I have had. Taste is great. You can tell its pulling a perfect espresso every time. Can't say enough about this machine!

Fantastic!!
Fantastic machine! This was my first espresso machine and I could not be happier! Coffee is strong and so good! Follow the videos to set it up. I had to Google how to make a regular cup of coffee, but once I figured it out, it was super easy. Best purchase and worth the money. I bought a knock box with a lid too and keep my coffee grounds for my garden. Finally, purchase a rolling stand so you can move it around to add water and beans- makes it so much easier.

Bought thinking it can’t be this good, but I ended up loving it
I’ve got a bad habit of overpurchasing kitchen appliances. Even great ones like the Instant Pot don’t get as much use as the allocated space should require. Enter my coffee dilemma. Tend to have coffee every day. Have stuck to single cups for the past couple decades, started with Keurig machines using metal refillable cups, alongside Nespresso original line with third party capsules. Gave away the Keurig in favor of a simple #2 “over cup” drip coffeemaker from OXO which was nice and tiny and simple. Kept the Nespresso but used rarely since it always fell short of coffee store coffee and I always buy too many capsules. Did appreciate the ability to choose exactly the coffee and caffeine level as well as quick brew and cleanup. Now to this Luxe. Priced used mint at a price that, alongside all the people raving crazy about it, decided to give it a chance to disappoint me. Fortunately or unfortunately, turns out this Ninja Luxe is actually very impressive, fun to use, and makes a pretty good latte (and probably other things if I were more motivated). So I ended up keeping it. The coffee hopper and grinder is great. Pretty easy to follow, somehow they magically tell you how much to set the grind for and it seems to work right. If I were to design the perfect machine I’d have two hoppers- one for regular and one for decaf, but that’s just me. I can grind decaf beans elsewhere and somehow finagle them into the dual holder and it seems to work well. But the Luxe weighs the coffee and manually filling it doesn’t do that. It’s a little hard to mount the coffee onto the machine, find myself having to try a few times to find the hole. Sometimes it’s pretty tight screwing it on, and other times it’s natural and easy. Usually a near perfect 2 ounces come out, but sometimes it’s only a little over one- same beans and same grind as before. That’s kind of odd, but I just pull a second shot of water through the grind. I love the frother on this thing. Really well designed, put the milk in, lift the wand and place it down, then put the wand back in. Push a button and it makes beautiful froth. Though it could have a little more foam to it, drinks tend to be light on foam even on high setting. Water bin is large enough for pulling many cups. I’ve tried making brew with the included quad cup and it’s far too strong, guess this thing is all about Americanos if you want a straight cup of coffee. But The storage, function, design of this is really a work of art. On the side is the funnel and tamper, easily accessible and stored away. I bought a third party silicone cover for the top of this for around $15 bucks, it covers everything neatly except leaves the coffee bin alone. This allows storage and even tamping to take place on top, in a small kitchen that’s handy. All-in-all, super happy with lattes and mochas every day, and this is fun to use. Not as fast as the Nespresso but close enough and the cleaning is not very involved. Main pain is cleaning the wand right, I just use a wet sponge then purge it into water in the jug. I do notice that the water tray fills up more often than expected, and pulling it out then dumping into the sink is precarious, always spill water and usually also drop the part beneath the espresso spout area. I’m selling off or donating my Nespresso machines, and I keep the OXO single cup in the cabinet for guests or my own occasional drip coffee urges. Nice thing is I can just turn on the Ninja to grind beans for the drip. Don’t think I’d have paid retail on this, but for the price I paid on a mint used one, around $300, this is a luxury that feels decadent to have available for a coffee drinker and sometimes host. Hopefully all the computer and mechanical ballet going on with this machine holds up several years, it’s something I never thought I’d spring for but happy I did.

Great All-in-One Coffee Machine for People Who Want Variety Without Multiple Appliances
What makes this machine appealing is how much it combines into one setup. If you like espresso, drip coffee, and cold brew, having all of that in one machine saves counter space and makes it feel like a more complete coffee station. The built-in grinder is a big plus, and the frother adds even more convenience if you make lattes or cappuccinos regularly. This feels like a good fit for someone who wants a more premium home coffee setup without going fully into separate specialty machines for everything. Pros: ✅ Multiple coffee options in one machine ✅ Built-in grinder adds convenience ✅ Frother makes it feel more complete ✅ Good all-in-one setup for home use Cons: ⚠️ Takes up more counter space than a basic coffee maker ⚠️ More features means a bit more learning upfront If you like variety and want one machine to do a lot, this looks like a strong option.

Love it!
I absolutely LOVE my Ninja Luxe Coffee Maker. I’ve had quite a few coffee machines over the years, and this one is hands-down my favorite. It makes rich, smooth, coffeehouse-quality coffee right at home. The variety of brew options is amazing — whether I want a classic cup, a stronger brew, or something more specialty-style, it delivers every time. The flavor is bold without being bitter, and the temperature is perfect. I also love how sleek and modern it looks on my counter — it feels high-end without the crazy price tag. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and consistent every single morning (which matters when you’re not fully awake yet 😅). If you’re on the fence — get it. It’s worth it. Best coffee investment I’ve made in a long time! ☕️💛 as you can see. I added a little glass coffee pot that did not come with it and it’s perfect!

Bien, no espectacular
