Whenever I feel the onset of a gout attack coming on, I take a dropper full and the pain recedes completely in a couple of hours. If I wake up with my toe feeling like it got a kettle bell dropped on it, I take two full droppers and drink a lot of water. Within four hours the pain is manageable, 12 hours almost gone, definitely back to normal in 24 hours. Needless to say VARICOL is an essential for me. As for the taste… To me it tastes almost like a stale sweetener. Like you put too much agave or monk fruit in Lipton tea. It’s nothing you would make an ice cream flavor for, but the taste is pretty easy to mask in any number of drinks, and once you experience quick relief, suffice it to say you will develop a tolerance to it very quickly. That being said, I’ve been reading some of the reviews that say this product isn’t working for them. This is a real shame. As with literally any medication, not everybody is going to have the same response. And while you can certainly argue it’s expensive, you cannot put a price on how wonderful and brisk the relief feels if Varicol is right for you. In my case, a bottle lasts about a year. I only take it as needed… So $45 for a years worth of instant gout relief is I daresay a GREAT deal. . If for whatever reason Varicol isn’t enough for your gout, don’t despair. Chase it with cherry juice and drink a lot of water… And keep looking for a solution.

Had been suffering from a bad bout of the nasty gout for a week and a half. Tried my normal remedy of baking soda and water, which had done wonders for me in the past , along with tart cherry juice. Both helped a little bit, but most of my past gout experiences only lasted a few days at most. The latest attack was by far the worst I've ever had and nothing I had previously tried was working with any sort of significant result. First I added some to a small amount of water thinking it would have an unpleasant taste, but the amount of water I added it to just made it taste like home brewed tea. Later, I squirted a full dropper of Varicol under my tounge, and a few hours later I repeated it. Honestly, I could literally feel the intensity of the pain subsiding and by morning I had almost no pain at all. I was walking normal, and even was able to stand for long periods of time without any issues. I'm a believer for sure. I have a friend that takes pills daily for his gout, so I sent him a picture of the bottle and told him he has to try it . I'm going to order another bottle to have on standby.

I am one week into taking this product and all my shoes are big because there has been such a significant reduction in inflammation in my feet. I have horrible gout and arthritis in my feet and have had surgery on my bunions, and I am astonished at how this is helping. This product is more effective than any dry capsule tart cherry supplement or celery seed supplement, and the addition of chanca Piedra is so helpful.

Been taking a couple of dropper fulls a couple of times a day for about 2 weeks now. My gout seems unaffected. The taste is ok, just not sure if it is working or not. Will continue to use and maybe review again later.

I had a horrible gout flare up and was out of my regular supplements so I gave this a shot. When I say flare up I'm talking up all night in pain and swelling if you have gout you know exactly what this feels like. I ordered this and with same day delivery got it a few hours later. Started with the max recommended dose of two dropper full under my tongue and plenty of water. It says on the instructions that you should feel immediate relieve and I'm impatient when products make this claim and although not "immediate" within a couple of hours I felt human again. I went from agony just trying to walk to minor discomfort and a huge decrease in swelling. 48 hours later its still working I can get my shoes on without wanting to cut my foot off and the pain and swelling is almost gone. I don't have enough good words to say how well this worked for me but I'm ordering another bottle right now because I don't want to run out. If you are suffering a flare up you know the pain and misery that comes with it and this worked for me.

I have gout so bad that it will make me cry and on top of that I have chronic gout which will come back even if you're doing the right things but since I started using this in a day it's gone and I continue using it till I know it's gone for good or should I say till the next time I eat something that's not listed on the good chart and I think everybody knows what that is that's got Gout

If you are reading this, you probably have a gout flare up. You'd be better off seeing a doctor instead. I don't have a regular doctor so I tried a few different types of these products and none have worked. I have even tried Cherry Tart drinks (100% juice and concentrate versions --also nothing). I took Tylenol and Ibuprofen but was eating them like candy over a period of time to keep the swelling and pain down. I also changed my diet completely (I already stayed away from beef and beer but removed white starches and sugar as well). I drank tons of water, used Uricel, Varicol, an uric acid cleanse tablet as well as two other brands (which apparently are from the same company), used some celery seed/cherry tart supplements, and took vitamin C tablets. I ended up going with an NSAID product that was a higher dosage for now (and that worked almost instantly -- 2+ hours). In the future, Prednisone (which has worked in the past) will be my go to. It's pretty clear these companies exaggerate the abilities of their products while still charging a premium. See a doctor and get proper treatment and ditch this stuff - and save your money for the hospital co-pay. Good luck!

It works well and has a mild taste. A little pricey, but worth it
