Gives the watch good protection. I am clumsy and bump my wrist on corners, so I know it works since after removing this off my watch, I cracked my watch screen protector in 3 places already. So it does the job! But the strap is a little too stiff that it hurts my wrist after wearing it for a while. The bulkiness also makes it difficult for me to pull my jacket cuffs over the watch to make my watch visible while working.
