Could someone with arthritis open and close them?** A: I have not yet had a clip break on me and I use them daily. Yes, I have used them in the freezer and no, they have not broken. I do have arthritis in my fingers and I have had no problems opening them. If you squeeze the end together a bit before flipping it open it makes it easy. Using a large enough clip helps too. A CLIP THAT IS TOO SMALL FOR THE BAG MAY BE HARD TO OPEN with arthritis.
