The black, gray, and white colors are a nice touch, and I love that each one is fully adjustable. Using it while walking is interesting and effective—definitely makes you feel your lungs working harder. The build quality is excellent; these feel sturdy and durable. I’ve only been using them for a short while, but I can already notice the difference in my breathing strength. Lightweight, functional, and a great value for the money. Tip: Start with the lowest resistance and gradually increase it as your lungs get stronger. This will help prevent overexertion while maximizing results.

Mom just wont believe me its not just for runners.
Bought for my 80 year old Mother. She of vourse biw thinks its only for runners. Great device, i did notice she was having issues turning the dial. In the end, go figure she had something similar from the hospital once. She called it the frog. She will undoubtedly throw this one away. Thank you fir making it affordable. 😉

Great for people who use a CPAP machine
I used to miserably use a CPAP machine ..I started using the breathing trainer and on the first day stopped using the CPAP machine....wished I new about this sooner
