These are just honestly delicious I love them. They are sort of pricey but when you think about the cost of each one it beats going to the gas station and buying a Gatorade. The quality is top tier. I love how salty they are.

My sister put me on to these. I am a really salty sweater and I end up cramping quite a bit if I don’t supplement electrolytes after a run. This really does the trick. It tastes good and not salty to me but I wonder if it’s because I drink it when my sodium is already low. If you need to supplement your electrolytes after a heavy sweat I highly suggest this.

I ordered these to help me stay hydrated while doing omad. Their really salty but I do enjoy them and they help curb my appetite. They do taste like alcohol tho in my opinion -The citrus salt taste just like a mojito to me. -The watermelon salt taste like a fruit punch four loco -The black cherry lime like a flat roman coke but nice cheery taste -I despise grapefruit but the grapefruit salt one is actually my favorite. Usually it takes me all day and night to drink a can because it's salty but I was able to drink it in less then an hour..leave my breath smell like alcohol back taste in a way. Their good tho..my body tolerates the electrolytes better then other electrolytes I tried. Wish price was cheaper but it is what is is. After this I will be trying the lmnt powders

My wife and I love the taste so far of the ones we've tried. I purchased the watermelon flavor of the powdered flavor. It tastes great just like the can version. * I would like to try a sample of the other powdered versions of the LMNT.
