Xiaomi CW300

Perfect. It helps me for the security of my house against UFO.

I recently bought this camera. While the camera itself is good, I cannot use it with the Mi app because my Mi app region is set to the UAE, and this camera is not supported in this region. I don't understand why cameras meant for other regions are being sold in the UAE. This is my second camera with region compatibility issues. My other cameras and devices work perfectly fine in both the UAE and India regions. However, for this camera, I had to create a new account for the Singapore region, as it only supports that region.

Après avoir changé de téléphone, j'ai perdu mes 3 caméras Xiaomi, elles ont disparues de mon compte Mi Home. J’ai donc réinstallé deux d'entre elles mais la CW300 refuse de se reconnecter car soi-disant déjà couplée sur un autre compte. J'ai réinitialisé la caméra plus de 10x et rien n’y fait, lors de la connexion au wifi, la voix me dit qu’elle s’est bien connectée au réseau et puis juste après, je reçois une erreur « appareil couplé par un autre utilisateur. Annuler d’abord le couplage dans Xiaomi home ». Pourtant aucun appareil n’est indiqué sur mon compte Xiaomi. Ma caméra CW300 est donc devenue inutilisable.... malgré les deamndes auprès de Xiaomi, impossible de l'utiliser à nouveau alors qu'elle n'a même pas deux ans.
