I highly recommend this product. I have been wanting to do a Candida Cleanse for some time now and was worried about how these pills would function since I tend to have many gut health issues, but I can't express how amazing these have been. I have been taking 1 a day going on 3 weeks now after a full meal and not only have I noticed that my stomach isn't hurting like it used to when eating the simplest things, but I can truly feel a difference. Some of the most important things I have noticed are that I no longer have stomach pains, it has lessened my bloating, I now have solid stools now, and I have finally been able to lose weight! I have lost 5 lbs in the 3 weeks of taking these combined with a healthier diet, but I still eat my fair share out a couple of times a week and go for a walk 2 times a week for 30 minutes to an hour. These have definitely been clearing out the Candida and killing that yeast overgrowth. I 10/10 recommend these!

Please do not buy Disrupted My Hormonal Balance
I tried this candida cleanse hoping to support gut health, but after just 7 days of use, I experienced a significant disruption in my menstrual cycle. I have had very regular cycles throughout my entire life, and shortly after starting the cleanse—without any changes to my diet or lifestyle—my period was delayed by almost 2 weeks!! which has never happened to me before. While the product may work well for some, I personally wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with a regular menstrual cycle or those sensitive to hormonal shifts. Many candida cleanses contain strong herbal ingredients (like oregano oil, caprylic acid, or black walnut), which can impact the body’s natural hormone balance, even in a short amount of time. That seems to be what happened in my case. If you’re considering this product, especially as someone who values cycle regularity, I’d suggest speaking to a healthcare provider first. It may support some aspects of gut health, but the trade-off in hormonal stability wasn’t worth it for me. NOTE: PRODUCT IS NON-REFUNDABLE SO BE MINDFUL BEFORE ORDERING.
