From the packaging I thought this deodorant might have a feminine scent. I am also sensitive to strong scents and didn't want an odd scent following me around through the day. But the scent this product has is very mild, and it's natural and fresh smelling and works fine for guys too. There was a slight sensation on my skin when I first put it on - I think this is due to the grapefruit seed extract. But other than that there are no manufactured chemicals or aluminum to worry about. It really works, cuts odor down and keeps it in check through a busy day. I recommend it.

This product works and has a nice scent. I perfer creamy deodorants that smell like cedar, but I love this company so much I had to try it.

I gave this deodorant 3 stars because I like the smell and it does work for a little while, but is not long lasting. Sometimes I use this in conjunction with my Arm&Hammer natural deodorant and that often does the trick for me.

I've been trying to get away from unhealthy products and those that are tested on animals. I bought this deodorant because I didn't want any aluminium or the other crap found in brand-name deodorants. It's probably my fault for not reading the label closely, but this is NOT an antiperspirant. I am fairly lucky in the sense that I am not an overly sweaty person, nor do I have body odor, even if I were to miss a few showers (which I do not). However, this deodorant MADE me have B.O. Like, bad B.O. The kind of B.O. that actually fascinated me because I didn't understand how I could put on more of a product intended to stop a person from smelling like an old gym locker and instead smell worse than when I started. The deodorant is a gel stick form, which I usually do not use, and it made my armpits wet for a good bit after I applied it. It was OK for about an hour or two, and then regardless of my activities (working out, sitting on the couch, grocery shopping), I began to smell the same bizarre odor emanating from my pits--B.O. I tried to stick with it, thinking it might get better, and managed to use it for about a month when I finally had to pitch it.

I've tried a variety of natural deodorants and I will not be purchasing this one again. I've been using it for a couple months and will be going back to Kiss My Face and putting this one away to try again in the winter. PROS- it has a very nice scent and I haven't had a problem with it leaving marks on my clothes. It is also invisible on my skin. CONS- the smell goes away very quickly and then it is basically like wearing nothing. Like I said, I am familiar with natural deodorants (have been using them for the past 6 years) and I know that they normally need to be applied more than a conventional deodorant. But this one wears off faster than any other brand I've tried.

I was finally looking to make the transition to an aluminum free deodorant after antiperspirants/deodorants started to be irritating for me. This is the first one I've tried and it seems to work well. The scent is light but it took some getting used to for me because it is a little fruity. It usually lasts through the day unless I'm particularly active. Since I've tried this I've also tried a spray deodorant and I think the spray deodorant works slightly better for me. But this product is still a solid buy if you are looking for a stick.

My wife and I have been using this product for years, it contains no harsh things in it like aluminum and is all natural and has an awesome aroma! Give it a try, you'll like it!

Awesome stuff! I am allergic to so many skin products, and generally the deodorants that don't give me a rash also do nothing to neutralize bacteria and keep me from smelling like an old gym shirt. This is the best product I've used that has actually earned it's name as a deodorant, and doesn't give me a rash. I love the melon smell too.
