It worked for my cat!
I am glad to share that this spray worked beautifully with my cat! Since the first time I sprayed it on my chairs, my cat has stopped scratching them. I only spray once daily, although it is advised to spray about 4 times daily while the cat is changing the habit. My chairs are fabric made and it did not stained them. And my son who is picky with smells complemented the fragrance. So, I am very glad for purchasing this product, even though knowing that it might not work for all cats. I would purchase again and recommend this product.

Strong smell, attracted the cats
If you're sensitive to odors, steer clear of this product. It's been more than 24 hours and I can still smell a light scent when just about to the carpet. It was very strong the first day, I could smell it more than 20' away. It did absolutely nothing to keep the cats from clawing the carpet. In fact, one of them rolled around on the carpet (area rug), and hooked his claws in it, pulling the edges up and then letting them drop into place. Another one went full force to scratching it, and this was probably the carpet that got the least amount of scratching to it. I tried it here first because it was a brand new carpet and like I said, had not as much scratching in this area.

It did the trick.
Surprisingly it works. I do after apply it every month or so.

Didn't work well but the scent is nice
A little disappointed that it didn't work as described. My cat still scratches my chair. Though it didn't work for my cat, I kind of like the slight ginger smell it left on the furniture after you spray it so I still gave this a 3 star. ***I reread the product description and noticed that I have not tried a scratch post with the spray as suggested. I will update this review once I have more result.***

Small bottle But does the job! Be sure to read my update..I changed my mind!
For $13 bucks you would think you would get a bigger bottle. I sprayed my couch in 5 different places. Probably about 20 Squirts total and half the bottle is gone already! Smells good, but the next day I barely smell anything:( Would not buy again. I'm not going to have enough product to test on my couch for a more than a few days so I will have no idea if it works or not since my cats occasionally scratch. UPDATE: Sorry! I was wrong....after months using this tiny bottle and having it not only last all this time but also training our cats to not scratch I am so thankful for it. We were ready to send out cats to be declawed we were so frustrated....one cat would eat that special tape meant to stop them! But this spray last and last and works...we have multiple rooms and furniture we use it on and it's the best thing I ever bought for our cats...now they are happy and got to keep their claws! I use it all the time whenever we get new furniture and it just never runs out...so weird..but fantastic! When I do run out I will definitely buy it again! I highly recommend it now:)

No judgement on the product, I'm certain it just doesn't work on my cats specifically.
I have been going through a long and seemingly endless process of moving which has been very stressful for my 4 cats. One has responded with treating the bathtub as his own personal litter box and it has been driving me up a wall that I cannot get him to stop doing this, but I know it's because of the stress from all of the changes to his environment and also because I've not been around as much, however I was hoping that this product would help deter this behavior. Unfortunately it has absolutely no effect. There was one day where I cleaned up the tub right I got home and sprayed this all over the tub afterwards and even in the sink (just in case he was deterred from the tub and decided to swap his target to the sink), and all of 20 minutes later he had gone to the bathroom in the tub again, so it definitely had no effect on him. I also tried spraying this on shoes in my closet that one of my kittens seems to be obsessed with chewing on, and it also didn't work to deter him either. I don't blame the product for necessarily being ineffective, I think this is more so just a product that doesn't specifically work for my cats. I've also tried peppermint and lavender essential oils, which I've read are more natural and effective deterrents for cats, and those also don't work once the scent begins to fade. I've only noticed my cats being irritated by any scent-based deterrents for the first several seconds to up to the first minute after I've administered them, once the smell has settled in though, they no longer notice it and have no issue going right back to their bad habits and stress-related behavioral issues.

Might not work with some cats
I always read reviews to pick out similar products. I chose this product because of the description and reviews! I only gave it one star because overall it just wasn't worth my money and the scent bothered me. My cat likes to scratch a lot of things. I JUST bought this little shelf organizer and he started to tear it apart. He is pretty well trained but I already had to turn around these drawers because he destroyed the front!! So I turned to find a cat spray to prevent him from ruining the whole thing. I used it as directed, at least 3 times a day, for a week. and he still pulled it apart. I kept using it to see if maybe it would help. He doesn't like anything that sprays, but clearly the scent didn't drive him away. Unfortunately, these size fabric drawers are not available anywhere so I had to order an all-wood cube organizer. Also, I really did not enjoy the scent of the spray. It honestly smells like bug spray and gives me nostalgia. But who knows! I'll keep trying until I find one.

Surprisingly works great
I've only been using this for a week and have been testing it out on one couch before using it in other places. So far it works wonders. I have been spraying the area of the couch my cat likes to scratch 3-4 times a day. I think that's key to making sure this deters cats from scratching. I caught my cat trying to scratch a different spot I haven't been spraying, sprayed immediately, and he hasn't gone back to scratch there since. The scent is citrus-y and smells natural. This is the first spray I found that works and is worth the money. I with they offered a larger bottle of multipack!

Love the scent and it keeps my newly installed carpet on my stairs safe from being scratched up.

This Claw Withdrawal works! I use on my plants and any place she doesnt need to be lol. I have ordered 4 bottles so far. She is a kitten yet. However, I rarely write a review but getting ready to order again and I am gobsmacked. There must be a mistake. I have been paying $18.95 for 4 oz-120 ml. Expensive yes. But it works. However, the price this time around is $38.05 for the same bottle. 4 oz. 120 ml. This must be a mistake!! Please tell me this is an error. Thank you. I want to update my review. I checked the pricing again today for the Claw Withdrawal and it is back to the regular pricing of $18.95 for the 4 oz bottle! I immediately ordered again as it works so well. Thank you Amazon!

Did not work at all for my cat/furniture

My cats are notorious for being dicks. I did not want them taking turns clawing up my new chair, so I thought, let’s try this spray. I was happy to receive it quickly and went right to spraying my chair. I figured that was the end of it. Both cats walked up to said chair, rubbed up against the areas I sprayed, and went right back to clawing.
