I’ve been using this data-only SIM card to replace a very slow connection on broadband, and I’m extremely impressed. One of the standout features is the customer support. When you don't know what you are looking for in a product, it's a huge difference speaking to a real person compared to dealing with automated systems. This SIM card works seamlessly across three different networks, which is a great bonus. I'm now getting excellent coverage far exceeding the old broadband connection speeds, and the mobile network speeds are consistently fast. Excellent data card. Used it for 2 weeks in florida USA 2025 and no problems at all. It still had space on card unused when I returned which could be used in UK . I just put my regular sim card back in phone so it wasnt required. Best part is that it can be topped up and used again when I travel . Great price.

I loaded a 10 GB card onto my TCL MiFi router before we left the UK. It connected to the 3 network and started working without any problems. Just plug and play OK. We arrived in Yalikavak Bodrum and the Router connected to Turkish network 2 to 3 Bar strength inside the Villa. Again no problems and I logged my Firestick on to the WiFi. We were up and running and watching our favourite TV series without any problems. Obviously we had to use our Surf Shark VPN to get the UK regional broadcast. Only had one short Buffering period during an Hour long episode so all good so far. Will need to see if we can top it up from here as we have used nearly 2 GB already!

Sim didn't work. Is dead. One colleague was very nice and helpful and confirmed sim was dead. Only to be followed by WhatsApp messages from another staff member who harassed me once he saw my amazon review to let him call me despite the sim clearly being faulty. Would avoid. Will have to block on WhatsApp too I guess! Yikes.

I was thinking of buying a data card to use in Turkey and contacted these guys online with a technical question. Very shortly afterwards I got a phone call form them and they talked me through what I needed clarifying. I bought the data card and it worked fine in Turkey for the first 2 days but then I lost internet access. I sent an email asking for help and I got a phone call back within minutes. The guy I spoke to worked out that that it was nothing to do with the data card and the fault was with my phone settings which he helped me to resolve even though it was not down to them. Everything was fine and I had data for the rest of my trip. I would definitely use one of their data cards again as it worked really well and is cheap. What also impressed me was their customer service in that you could actually speak to a real person and have a conversation where they would help you rather then getting palmed off with some chat bot.

I bought this SIM Spain/UK in July for £8.99 for holiday in Spain with data package 5GB it was easy to put into to samsung s20 mobile dual sim which was mainly used for WiFi when out and about. I continued to use the sim data back in the UK until the end September I've been very impressed with the package. Now its expired I've now registered the sim on the love mobile website and topped up 10GB for 60 days £12.24 for my holiday which was really easy to do with lots of other packages to various destinations to choose from plus you can track your data usage on your account. It certainly was good value for money and internet connectivity in Spain and UK was very good. Tip don't forget to keep a note of the sim ICCID on the card in the pack when you register the sim otherwise you might have to remove the sim to check. I don't often write reviews but I thought this worth it for someone looking into a sim for overseas.

I purchased the UK/Turkey card as my roaming didn't cover this non EU country. Everything was straightforward to register online - and only delayed by my mistyping a number. The email to support was quickly answered within a couple of minutes by a return phone call, and Zac quickly talked me through. When arriving in Turkey, the card worked seemlessly. The other good thing is that this card can be kept and topped up for whichever destination you require in future, saving the hassle of binning expired cards and repurchasing new. Based on my experience, you can buy with confidence.
