Is this California legal?

Total BS! Spring assisted knives are legal in CA. They were excluded from illegality in 1996 by AB3314, later stronger language included to make sure spring assisted knives are NOT ILLEGAL IN CA with SB284 in 2001. The deal is that these knives are “biased towards closure.” That is, once you open them with your fingers, past the spring, they just sit there, and look like they would close, and NOT be forced open. If you push on the blade, it sort of looks like it would push back, but if you don’t, they act like they’d close, just as easily open. That’s the legal point which makes them NOT ILLEGAL. They are not BIASED towards opening. Totally legal in CA. BH 2019

Is the pocket clip normally wobbly? Mine moves side to side quite a bit.
