The installation was easy and straightforward physically but I had to do some internet searching to find the software which only gives information and prompts for installation in Chinese, so you really don't know what you're accepting for terms. Windows also seems to be suspicious of the software and I need to "allow" it each time Windows boots up. Without the software there is no display. So while I do like the cooler and the display, there is no way I'd install this on a system where I do anything private like banking, shopping, etc. since I don't know what the software is actually doing that I can't see and protection software like Windows and I suspect other AV software might have issue with.
