Yes, you can wear glasses with this product. It adjusts to and from the face.

What is the working distance (from your nose to where you are working)?

It depends on the strength of the lens, with the one that I’m using now it is about a foot away. Watch the nose holder is uncomfortable. I had to put cotton balls on them to make them more comfortable to wear.
