I bought this scale after trying a different one with loud beeps which could not be turned off. I immediately silenced this scale and use it with no sound. (My personal preference - beeping appliances grate on my nerves!) It’s an ideal size, well made, and very simple to use. It’s quite accurate and saves any settings from prior use. The silicone mat makes it easy to clean and it fits right on top of the tray on my Breville Bambino espresso maker.

I added the MHW-3BOMBER Mini Coffee Scale with Timer to my espresso setup and it’s been a fantastic upgrade. If you care about dialing in consistent shots or pour-overs, a good scale makes a huge difference, and this one delivers. The 0.1g precision is excellent for espresso and the gravity sensing timer works really well. It starts automatically when the flow begins, which makes tracking shot time effortless. Everything responds quickly and accurately. Another big plus is the USB-C charging. It charges quickly and holds a charge for a long time, so you’re not constantly worrying about batteries. few months in update: AWESOME! Finally read the manual and realized it has a great function for weighing properly the ground coffee, extracted coffee and gives espresso ratio and even measures time from the first coffee drop automatically. In between it can account for taring the portafilter and espresso cup. Needs charging every 1-2months with almost everyday use, not too bad. Accuracy is amazing. Beautiful product with great accuracy. The top part included helps protect the scale if used with hot coffee dripping and most importantly, supports the typical Portafilter to dose, weight the coffee! Battery is just ok, quite happy with the scale quality and practicality. Works well: Absolutely Ease of use: A+ Scale accuracy: 0.1g

A great espresso scale at a remarkable price. Our other scale on another machine was a DiFluid, which died, they replaced it, then the replacement died. Enough. This scale is only a few weeks old, so who knows. So far, zero problems, appears to be accurate, is definitely consistent. It looks good, it's easy to operate, not fiddly. Fits the big espresso machine and the smaller Breville Oracles, which are a bit cramped for larger scales.

Great customer service from this vendor! I had a small problem so I contacted the company and they resolved my issue the very next day. Scale is a jewel, easily compares to my Acaia Lunar in every way. Battery could last a bit longer but is more than ample, and charges up quickly for the next couple of months. Highly recommend!

The first few months with the mini coffee scale were great. The battery and measurements were lasting and accurate, however now that we have had it for long enough to evaluate longevity and quality, it simply doesn’t last. It needs to remain plugged in to operate as the battery holds zero charge. The measurements are not consistent and the reading will bounce around without any input. We use it to brew espresso and this is extremely frustrating. The display still works and the body has held up, but the actual purpose is defeated. The real disappointment is that when we messaged customer support we never received a response. I would avoid this product.

Mejoró mucho mi forma de hacer espresso por que usaba una báscula de cocina normal, que se equivocaba en rangos de 1 gramo (lo que para Espresso es mucho). Esta es precisa en rango de 0.1 gramo. Valió la pena la compra y es de buena calidad.

The design is fantastic, looks very good, heavy, well made, works very good too .. Unfortunately I had an with the battery, I use it 3x per day (and not the auto mode.. just a single 20g weight for espresso grinds) and I manual shut it down with a long press after each use... The first charge I think it lastest 3 week...now 2 months later, after one week (or 20 single use) battery shows one bar.. EDIT: CS team reached out and offered to replace it as this is not normal, I have not received the replacement yet but IM very happy with the support and I love the scale.. Fingers crossed the new one will be perfect as this is a kepper! bumped to 4 star, if the new one works fine then I,ll give full 5 stars!
