Delayed at customs???
Love the Martin's Homemade Pretzels as always.... but Amazon sent shipping message that my pretzels were temporarily being "held at customs" in Phoenix ?? Didn't know sending pretzels from Pennsylvania to Arizona involved Homeland Security......

Smashed pretzel delivery
Received my order today and really not happy…….all 3 bags came smashed and full of tiny pieces and crumbs…..don’t understand why because the box was in perfect shape!!!

The pretzels themselves are fantastic. None better that I've found in fact. Not 'cheap' by any means, but worth it for 'special occasions'. Have ordered here a several times now without trouble, but with my most recent order, the individual bags while intact, the pretzels themselves in the bag were reduced to bits and pieces -i.e. hardly a 'full' pretzel. Flavor and texture were ok and as expected, just small pieces of pretzel. Not necessarily a deal-breaker but something to be aware of. This is a 3-pack 'case' and it seems that the freight process took a toll. Tried to reach out directly to the vendor, but not able to via Amazon's vendor contact form ("no returns or refunds on this product"). Wasn't look for any kind of credit, just wanted to relate the experience -to no avail. Thus this review here. Hope they can develop a better method that 'protects' the integrity of the received product. Again, terrific pretzels -if you really like pretzels they are great.

Crushed & Ruined
The box these came in was NOT damaged. All three packages were shipped this way and the product is a useless mass of dust and pretzel pieces.
