I've charged for 3 hours by USB on a laptop and I took it out as it had 4 blue bars on the back indicating 75-100% charge. I put my phone in the case and got less than an hours charge before it died. I then tried charging from the mains socket for 3-4 hours which obviously charged the case quicker and again took off when it was seemingly full, the charge this time lasted around an hour and a half a did not manage to fully charge my phone from 23% and I barely used the phone in that time.Another problem I have found is the worrying temperature the phone is heated to when charging for more than half an hour. You can barely feel the heat inside the case but when I have taken it off it is extremely hot to the point I have to put it aside until it cools down. Note that my phone is practically brand new.Overall the case does do its job but very poorly. The heat issues coupled with the case not charging fully and subsequently not charging the phone very well makes this a poor purchase. Do not be fooled by the 5 star rating as if you read through 3 of the 4 reviews as of writing this, they state at the end of the review they were given the case free of charge to leave an "unbiased" review.I would not recommend this product as it seems very unreliable and perhaps unsafe with the amount of heat coming from my phone, compared to charging it directly to the mains or USB where it can be left for hours and stay at a perfectly cool temperature. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I found it is not too thick with the case on in fact the phone is more manageable Defiantly a good asset, You will not be wasting your money *by P***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 July 2017* The case protects the phone well, no battery last for ever, this is my second of this type of battery case the battery only seem to charge on one sellBefore I replaced it But it is charged daily.I found it is not too thick with the case on in fact the phone is more manageableDefiantly a good asset,You will not be wasting your money, good buy. ### ⭐ Doesn't do what it says *by C***H on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 August 2017* I bought this thinking it would increase the time of the battery life. Not the case!! First charge was fine, but after that it didn't seem to hold the charge any better than just the phone battery on its own. Problems getting it to charge, would intermittently drop in and out of charging status. Left on charge from27% all night and next morning only charged to 52%. I am using Original Apple chargers so that is not the issue. Very disappointed.
