Perfect for Taking the Edge Off Airplane Noise
I bought these for a 15-hour flight because I wanted to get some sleep without completely blocking out the world. They ended up being exactly what I was looking for. They donโt eliminate all noise like foam earplugs do, but they noticeably reduce the overall sound level. That made it much easier to relax and sleep while still allowing me to hear important announcements from the flight crew. They were also incredibly comfortable. Once I found the right ear tip sizes (a small for one ear and an extra small for the other), I could barely tell I was wearing them. They stayed in place while I slept, and my ears werenโt sore or irritated at all, even after wearing them for hours. The carrying case is compact and well made, making them easy to pack for travel. If youโre looking to take the edge off noisy environments without feeling completely cut off, these are an excellent choice. I was very happy with them for air travel.

A game changer for sleeping with noise around
These earplugs have made such a big difference for me. As Iโve gotten older, Iโve become much more sensitive to noise, especially when Iโm trying to sleep. Even small sounds, like my husband getting up during the night, used to wake me up.A friend recommended these to me because she also has sensitivity to noise, and I decided to give them a try. Iโm so glad I did. I use the smallest size, and they are incredibly comfortable. They donโt feel tight or painful, and I can sleep with them without that uncomfortable feeling you sometimes get from wearing earplugs for a long time. They reduce the surrounding noise enough that little sounds donโt bother me nearly as much, which has made a huge difference in my nighttime routine. I still have some awareness of whatโs happening around me, but the distracting noises are much less noticeable.Theyโre also easy to clean and reusable, and I love that they come with a small case to keep them organized. I usually keep mine right on my nightstand so theyโre always within reach. For me, these have been a wonderful purchase. Iโve tried other things to help with nighttime noise, but these are by far my favorite. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for comfortable, reusable earplugs to help reduce everyday noise while sleeping, traveling, or focusing.

Exceeded my low expectations
UPDATE:After a few uses, I think these are worth the $20 I paid. As with any ear plug, itโs gonna take a little while to get used to wearing them all night. I end up having to remove them at some point through the night because my ears just arenโt accustomed to them yet, and the discomfort wakes me up. With that said, I stand by what I said; they are still the most comfortable ear plugs Iโve ever worn. I was initially using the small ear pieces, but I noticed the seal would break upon me lying the side of my head down on my pillow so I switched to the medium. These werenโt uncomfortable at all with the smalls, but I sacrificed the seal; there is some minor discomfort with the mediums, but the seal remains. I also used them while sleeping next to a snorer. They definitely help, but the snorer also needs to use some remedy to lessen the snoring for maximum effect. Mouth tape seems to help in that regard. Hoping these become a sleep staple for meโฆas long as my ears can adjust to the foreign object.ORIGINAL:Honestly, I wasnโt expecting much considering the reviews were very mixed. Some people swear by these. Others hate them. I had had them saved in my list for a while, but the price always deterred me. I went ahead and ordered some during Prime Day since it was the cheapest Iโd ever seen them. They were still $20. Rather expensive for two tiny silicone plugs if you ask me, but I need ear plugs I can stand to wear through the night so I took the leap. The price is reflective of their reusability. My husband snores, and Iโm a light sleeper so if his snores donโt wake me up, some other random noise does. Not sure these will drown out snoring, but they work wonderfully when Iโm sleeping solo. Iโve used them once so far. They are by far the most comfortable ear plugs Iโve ever worn. No uncomfortable pressure and nothing sticking out of my ear, all while maintaining a good seal. Very compact and suitable for sleeping, even for side-sleepers. With that said, and maybe even due to their comfortable, innovative design, the noise reduction they provide isnโt anything amazing. The package claims they reduce the sound by just 14 decibels which is the equivalent of a quiet whisper or rustling leaves, seemingly not that impressive. During my testing of the different size attachments, I had my husband talk to me, and while they definitely muffle sound, I could still hear every word. However, this was while my full attention was on him. He tried talking to me a few minutes later while I was focused on something else, and I had to have him repeat what he said louder because all I heard was muffled speech. So I imagine the noise reduction seems greater when sleeping or when your attention is elsewhere. The main pull for me is the design and overall comfortability. They are so incredibly small and fit in the ear very nicely. Just cross your fingers you donโt misplace them because I imagine they become lost very easily. Even with the case, theyโre tiny. I look forward to trying these while sleeping next to my husband, but my hopes are low when it comes to their effectiveness against snoring. Overall, I am pleased so far. They drown out ambient noise and random bumps in the night at the very least. They make talking and other similar noises sound like humming from afar which can even become kind of soothing if you try hard enough. Honestly, if I think about it, as a full-hearing individual, I wouldnโt ever want to be completely deaf at any point, especially while sleeping. Hearing is important if youโre able. Sometimes your safety or someone elseโs depends on it. What Iโm trying to say is: these arenโt going to significantly impair hearing or entirely cancel sound, but that shouldnโt necessarily be considered a bad thing.

Fits securely, comfortable and great for sleeping.
I am a light sleeper and used those during my one week stay in a very populated area of Istanbul: a city well known for traffic noise. I cannot use foam tips (they hurt my ears). I also had reservations about using Loops because I usually have issues with in-ear buds: the silicon plugs always keep falling. Also, I've read that Loop quiet 2 is not good for sleeping. However, after using these for a week, I can confidently say that the default tips worked (there are many other sizes you can try) and I could sleep with them comfortably. The noise was sufficiently reduced so I did not wake up from my sleep mid-night. I will no longer purchase disposable ear plugs.

Sanity saver
I purchased these after much research as I desperately needed something to drown out engine revving and landscaping equipment noise. My nerves were shot from continuous noise as my community has changed drastically. These work! I am not a nervous wreck anymore in my own apartment. These loop quiet2 are soft, easy to put in ears, stay in, muffled the noises I'm sensitive to. Case makes easy to carry around and I can use in store when children are have screaming tantrums. The color is nice pastel mint. I think they are durable to last. Comfortable to wear all day because I actually forgot I had them in. What's amazing is I can still hear voices on TV for enjoyment. These little ear plugs saved my sanity. I never want to be without them.

LIFE CHANGER
These help so much when youโre trying to sleep and you have someone who snores next to you, lol they also help keep out loud noise noises if your ears are sensitive. The case that they come in is so cute and they also come with different sizes for your ears. Itโs very suitable like I said for concerts or for sleeping. The durability of them is amazing. They donโt pop out of your ear. They stay on your ear until youโre ready to pull them off very durable and very nice and soft for your ear so you donโt have to wear anything that would kind of hurt your ears when you lay down. The carrying case that I say they come in is so cute you could and so small. Itโs like the size of a quarter or even bigger so you can carry them with you no matter what so itโs very good to travel.

Poor customer service experience, but an otherwise excellent product
I heard various friends and influencers rave about Loop earplugs. I ordered Quiet 2 during Prime Days. I was impressed with the materials, packaging, colors, product manufacturing and carryall when I received it. I thought, "This is the start of a long-term, loyal relationship with LOOP." After all, the product is very expensive, given other options. You expect the best when you pay a lot.The Quiet 2 description says Ultra-Comfy. For two nights, I tried to cram the XS silicone eartips into my narrow ear canals. Highly effective at noise reduction, but very uncomfortable. Ended up removing them midway through both nights. Surely, they'll have an XXS, right? Or children's replacement ear tips so I can use those? Wrong on both counts.I went to the Loops website and encountered their CS bot first. After several unsuccessful exchanges with the bot, during which it chatted about a different Loop product (perhaps it was thinking of the Dream product), I got confused. After, all I just wanted a comfortable fit, forget the "ULTRA-COMFY" in the marketing. Apparently, XS are now the XXS for adults, which I find hard to believe as I'm not that small. For children's sizes, there are no Quiet's, just Engage Loops and they don't sell replacement eartips for children's. This means I would have to spend another $34 for an entire Engage set just to get a smaller eartip! (If a child loses their eartip, their parent has to buy an entire new set apparently!) The Live Chat was frustrating for me. The Bot did not carry the conversation over to the live agent, so I had to go through it all again. I'm an average size adult - 5"5", 140 lbs, but my ear canals are narrow. I'm stil mystified how there wouldn't be a tip to fit my ear or how Loop doesn't sell replacement tips for children's sets.Bottomline: I'm returning the product (as well as the LINK I bought to make sure I didn't lose one if I were using it outside of the bedroom). If you have a standard size or large ear canal, these should work wonderfully for you. Again, the engineering is very good and I know many users that rave about LOOP products under different circumstances of concerts, travel, noisy bullpens, restaurants or even seeking to concentrate in a library. LOOP needs to train their agents better. You would think that a brand new customer would receive better treatment to convert them into a long-time user rather than a product returner who writes a review like this. They didn't even offer me a discount if I went to buy the children's Engage in order to get an xxs tip! I guess you would say that they were deaf to this customer's needs.

Comfortable and worth a try
Iโm writing this after my first night using the Loop Quiet Earplugs and so far, Iโm impressed.I have a cat who apparently believes 5 a.m. is the perfect time to scream outside my bedroom door like sheโs auditioning for a feline opera. For years I used those bulky foam earplugs that never fit right, felt annoying in my ears, and somehow always managed to disappear into another dimension overnight.I saw someone recommend these on Reddit and figured, what do I have to lose? They come with multiple ear tip sizes that snap onto the loop, so you can actually find a fit that works for your ears. Once I got the right size in, I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best.I was skeptical because the noise reduction numbers didnโt sound super high to me, and I worried they wouldnโt block enough sound. But surprisingly, they worked really well. They were also much more comfortable than foam plugs. Iโm a side sleeper and thought Iโd feel the loop pressing into my ear all night, but I honestly didnโt notice them.Best part? I actually slept pretty soundly the first night. That alone deserves applause. Now the real test will be the garbage truck outside my window sounding like the apocalypse at 6 a.m. If these survive that, they deserve a medal. To be continued. For around $24, Iโd say theyโre worth trying. Theyโre reusable for years, so you can also stop throwing away disposable foam plugs every week and do one tiny thing for the planet while you sleep. They do make more expensive models, but I wanted to make sure these worked first. If they keep performing like this, Iโd probably upgrade later.

Endlich wieder ruhig schlafen
Purer Gewinn an Lebensqualitรคt.

Comfortable for sleeping and much better than foam earplugs
I bought these primarily for sleeping because I'm quite sensitive to noise, and they've been a significant improvement over traditional disposable foam earplugs. The soft silicone material is much more comfortable, especially when sleeping on your side, as it doesn't create the same pressure or discomfort in the ears. While they don't completely block out every sound, they reduce background noise very effectively, creating a calmer and more relaxing environment. Important sounds, such as alarms or someone calling your name, can still be heard, but distracting noises are noticeably softened. The inclusion of multiple tip sizes is a great feature, as finding the right fit makes a huge difference to both comfort and noise reduction. Once properly fitted, they stay securely in place throughout the night without needing constant adjustment.Although they're more expensive than standard disposable earplugs, the reusable design helps justify the cost and offers better value over time.Overall, these are an excellent choice for anyone looking for comfortable, long-lasting earplugs for sleeping, travelling, studying, or improving focus without completely isolating themselves from their surroundings.

Nifty little gadgets
These earplugs are great! I somehow expected the 'loop' ring to be softer. But the earplugs are surprisingly comfy to wear, without that feeling of 'fullness' you get with regular earplugs. They fit snuggly and securely in your ear without poking, don't fall out while you are sleeping even when tossing, and effectively block out most night-time noises, like soft snoring, toilet flushing, etc. Hope they last a long time!

Survived the Dryer...three times
Good grief these are good! They are not hearing protection by any means, but they definitely dampen sound. I use them mainly to garden on a busy street, they offer enough dampening to save my sanity but allow enough sound in so I can still feel aware of my surroundings, not to mention they are subtle, people don't see I am wearing them unless they are close. They are also great for sleep when you need a light dampening but still want to be able to hear your alarm in the morning. Super comfortable.Just recently I discovered how durable these things are! I had accidently washed the whole case and pair in the washer and proceeded to dry them as well, oops. It was not until I was folding that I discovered the case in the pile with one earplug missing! I searched everywhere for it, but gave up and proceeded to do three more drying loads, on a fairly high temp before I found the missing earplug stuck in a small hole in the dryer. While it was a bit dustier it was in the exact same shape as before, no warping, cracks or anything! Pretty impressive. So if you are a little bit absent minded like me and needing a bit of peace, although they are a little expensive, wait for a sale, these are well worth the buy.
