Absolutely the best pens I've ever used. Bought these on recommendation from some website; was looking to replace my last Staples Optiflow Pen. These write crisply, easily, and dry quickly. Love writing with these and now I've got a lot stockpiled due to the two boxes included.

I am constantly looking for a pen and I love a thin point, so when I saw the GC Quill 48 Pack Rollerball Pens in a 0.5 mm size, I had to have them. You receive two boxes of 0.5 mm rollerball pens, one box of 24 blue ink and one box of 24 black ink pens. The liquid ink flows smoothly and dries quickly so there is no smudging or "blobbing". The fine point rollerball tip gives me perfect thin lines, no matter how hard or fast I write, and they function just as well as the very expensive brand I have been purchasing. For this price point, I could only purchase seven of the pens I normally buy. There is a metal pocket clip, enabling you to carry the pens in your shirt pocket and, despite my abuse, I've not had any leak in my purse or in my desk drawer. The fact that you receive 24 pens of each color is also nice, as some documents I handle have to be signed with blue ink and some with black. My one whine about these pens is that the cap will not stay on the back of the pen, while you are using the pen, which is really frustrating, but for this price point, it is not a game changer. Four stars because of the cap.

The 48 rollerball pens arrived quickly and were neatly packaged in two individual boxes (one for black and one for blue). They worked perfectly. They are everyday workhouse pens that do the job, either in black (my favorite color) or blue (nice as well). There is nothing high-end or fancy about these pens, but they are constructed for practical, everyday use. I go through pens all the time. They run out of ink, I lose them, or people borrow them and never return them. I find that having an everyday working pen is more important than having a prestigious pen with a fancy name or look and feel. I would rather have pens like the QC Quill 48. I am very happy with the QC Quill 48 pens. What you see in the images in the Amazon store is exactly what you get. The ink flows well, and the 0.5MM needlepoint is easy to write with. The price is right for the number of pens you get. The two individual boxes are nice because you can easily store them in a drawer or cabinet. I give this product a solid 5 stars.

I didn't realize that this comes as a 2-pack, with one box of blue-ink pens and one box of black-ink pens. I was wondering why I was unable to select an ink color when checking out. Aside from being pleasantly surprised to get so many pens and in both colors, I love the way they work right out of the box. No need to shake them, scratch them around, or remove any protective balls from the points of the pens--just uncap, and they write like a beautiful fine-tip marker. They aren't markers; they're gel pens, but the ink is so thick and vibrant that they almost look like markers. I didn't notice any smearing issues, and I found that the ink works on multiple surfaces, from regular paper to markers and stickers. I had been afraid that the tip might be too fine for me, but it's actually a beautiful thickness that is easy to see and read. Really can't say too much about how good these pens are.

I am always looking for a pen around my house, and they always seem to disappear somewhere. Therefore, when I saw this lot of 48 pens, I got them as an addition to my office supplies drawer. I received 2 boxes on 24 pens - 1 box blue and 1 box black. 48 pens total. These are definitely not high-end. They are plastic pens that you don't care loosing or misplacing. They are sturdy enough, and have no flex for those who hold their pens tightly. Trying out the pens, they function exactly like you expect from a rollerball pen: Writing is smooth and in is dispersed evenly throughout the write. I think this is a nice purchase for the office supplies drawer: Buy once, and I am sure that I will be able to pick a pen when I need one for the next few years.

Bottom line- would recommend Let's be honest...who doesn't need more pens. Between other people taking them, ink running out, or simply being lazy and wanting to keep a stash in different rooms (office, kitchen, etc). I saw these and decided to order them - especially since I am a fan of fine tip pens and markers. These pens are really comfortable to hold and write with. Ink flow is good, very smooth, and dries quickly...and best of all it doesn't not bleed through my planner (like my fine tip sharpies do). Overall, I'm very happy with these pens and am glad I ordered them.
