The grip is good, not easy to drop, but the plastic covering the buttons is way too hard and hurting my fingers. I've had other covers that are slippery, but the buttons are soft. Speck needs to address this. It's not necessary and promotes arthritis from repetition as it is ! Softer button control, Speck !!

These are really excellent cases that I always go back to when my old one wears out. They fit the phone snugly, and despite me dropping my phone onto the floor, concrete, tiles almost every day, it never gets damaged. The case does last about six months before wear and tear breaks the bottom hard plastic near the charger, where it is thinnest, and then it’s a very good idea to replace it as it will be less protective, especially when dropped face down
