Excellant jam ,you can get real blueberries in every spoonful . This is the "KETO DIET " list of food you can have to eat. The jam is all natural,low carbs & has a good taste. It comes in a 12-oz. jar & is very fresh & the ingrediets are nothing but blueberries. Would recommend.

This product tastes good. I think I can tell that it’s got less “bs” additives by the flavor but I’m grateful for the idea. It’s a very thick consistency.

Sweet and low calorie but I didn't like the taste
I was looking for a jam that I could add as a topping to oatmeal for my pre-work out snack. Blueberry jam, applesauce, or honey are my usual go to for these types of toppings. The color of the ChocZero spread looks a little odd but they do claim that they don't add things to it. As far as taste, it is sweet and does have a berry like flavor but just doesn't taste much like blueberries to me. I like the Smash foods blueberry spread better or Crofter's blueberry spread. Those are both higher calorie but taste better to my palate. I wouldn't buy the ChocZero fruit spread again.
