this water bottle is made of nice metal with a rubber layer on the buttom. The top of the cap is a glass screen with a LED display. The rubber layer on the buttom is very handy when you want to set the bottle on a desk. It not only prevent the bottle from making a large noise like other metal bottles, but also stop the bottle from slipping. I have only charged once since I received the bottle. It has been more than 5 days and there is still 75% of power left. But The charging process is not very convenient. It take me a while to figure out how to charge the bottle. You need to pull the rubber insulation inside cap off to access the charging ports. The charging port is magnetic, so it's easy to attach. It’s quite a show off in the office when I bring this to the office. The only function I found useful for me is the temperature monitor. It does have a function to tell you when you need to drink water and I never burn my tougue. I used to use those Japanese thermos bottle and always burn my tougue. The bottle holds to temperature very well. I like drink cold water, and the bottle can hold cold water for more than 4 hours for me. I bought the black one since the white one is out of stock already. I wish they have more colors choice.

I recently purchased this bottle, looked like a great approach on what I was trying to accomplish (drink more water) but even if the design is great and the temperature is being measured I'm not able to track how much water am I drinking. The main point on choosing this bottle was the reminders and app tracking and I'm not able to pair it to my iPhone.

This water bottle reminds me to drink water when I forget to hydrate with an alarm! I love the design of this bottle. It is sleek looking and the white finish I got is sort of like a pearl white. It holds enough water for me to drink throughout the day but not too much where it becomes a heavy bottle to bring around. Another feature I like is that other people won't even know is a smart water bottle until you swipe your finger on top to reveal the led temperature reader. It also has a led color ring indicator to let you know if water is too hot to drink. Some notes. Battery lasts about a week per charge, and it has a special adapter that charges it in under 20 minutes. It holds the temperature pretty well, so if you put hot coffee in it in the morning, it will be hot for a while, so be sure to check the temperature on top before you drink it. Overall I would recommend this bottle above other smart water bottles based on design alone.

This may be a great water bottle, but I will never know because the directions they send are technically in english, but not english that makes any sense. Therefore I couldn't figure out how to set the alarm and that was the only reason I bought this water bottle. So I unfortunately had to send it back. It looks lovely if that matters to anyone.

While I do agree with the 5 star reviews (dated April 2018), this was not the bottle for me. The alarm cannot be set to your preferences and it is annoying if you forget to turn it off before you go to sleep. I also had to use a separate water reminder app. Otherwise, the bottle has a good design, the temperature feature is helpful, and it's a great price for the technology. I understand that the smart bottle with everything I want costs over $100, so I'll give it 4 stars for at least making these options available in a nicely designed bottle. If you like this S'well type of bottle, you will like this purchase.

Great, looks futuristic, works great. I bought one on Taobao.com for my Dad in China, it looks so good so I thought that I should have one for myself too. I like Sgui(水怪) this brand. Their other models are also great, by they are probably not on sale here in Amazon, hope seller put more models for sale here.

The water bottle hold hot and cold very well here but the bad thing about the sensor is that I wash it once here it will charge but I can't see the display here which suck so what am I supposed to do here everyone

This is a piece of junk, it is being returned. The directions don't make grammatical sense and are not coherent. So called alarm is barely audible.
