So far good quality product, had all the necessary pieces to fit. Was easy to install...the included instructions could be better for absolute novices but for any person with basic DIY knowledge should not require the instructions. Have used it only for about 2 weeks now and seems great so hope it will last, the product looks like very good quality. My only comment where the product could be improved is that the included holder which I did not need to use as I used the existing holder that I have attached to the wall could include an addon to allow it to hang off the cistern to avoid drilling the wall tiles if you wish to avoid attaching the holder to the wall. Other than that, it is a great purchase.

Looks good the nozzle looks and feels very sturdy and good quality and it's a very good small size. Not tried it yet the the signs are promising. The hose is fine as well

Came as faulty because in end off the pipe shower did had the black think inside sou shower can't be work only full water come out, ask for replacement or refund but never happen !!!! Go for little expensive ones rather then this cheap quality
