I have been searching for a new pillow for a while now. Even with most pillow manufactures offering different options as far as firmness, I find that most pillows are 5 or 5.5 inches deep. This is WAY too much for me personally. I found a few "adjustable" pillows that were basically cut up pieces of foam that you could remove. That isn't the way I would want an adjustable pillow- it just leads to my head sinking further into a big fluffy pillow. Then I found this one. I LOVE that there are two options of firmness and many different ways to adjust to your own comfort level. The quality of the pillow is fantastic- each removable "level" has it's own case and is obvious to tell which firmness is which. I ended up using both of the soft white layers on the outside, and used two blue in between for the perfect level of support for me. I thought that the pillow was priced VERY fairly... I wish I would have found this pillow option first and not wasted so much time trying and returning various pillows to the stores. I saw some people say that they felt the layers shifted around- I did not find this to happen to me, but I also have a smaller pillow case that kind of kept everything neatly together. I highly, highly recommend this pillow for anyone looking for a pillow that doesn't quite fit what every store offers.

I’ve gone through so many different pillows trying to find something that would finally help with my chronic neck pain. After a recent neck fusion, sleeping became even more difficult—every pillow I tried either made my neck hurt more or kept me up all night. This pillow is by far the best one I’ve ever used. It’s incredibly soft yet perfectly supportive, and it naturally forms around my head and neck in a way that feels completely comfortable. For the first time in a long time, I’m sleeping through the night and waking up with no neck pain at all. If you struggle with neck issues or just want a pillow that truly supports you, I would highly recommend this one. Total game changer.

I am using an acid reflux pillow to sleep due to shoulder injuries. I could not find a pillow that was the correct height to support my head properly. The ability to customize the thickness of this pillow was what led me to try it. It works very well for my situation. The foam seems to be of excellent quality and the cover is very soft and comfortable. I was surprised that I could not detect any odor from it even on the first night. I thought the 72 hour expansion estimate was overkill, but I was wrong. I woke the following morning with my neck crained. Make sure you do indeed give it at least two days to expand to what will be close to it's full height. Overall I am thus far very happy with this pillow.

My wife has a lot of issues with neck pain, and finding a pillow that supports her sleeping style, a mix of stomach and side, has been a problem. Most pillows push her head up from the bed too much, making said issues worse, especially when she's sleeping on the stomach. This option though, lets her get down to a wafer thin 2" of pillow, yet provide more than adequate support. And, even if it compresses over time, we can add another layer and the problem will be solved. Overall, the pillow is slightly firmer than expected, though preferences differ, and the outer case is well sown and sturdy. I will admit there was a strong memory foam smell upon receipt, but we let it air out in a well ventilated area for 48 hours, and it was greatly reduced. My only concern is that it's pretty pricey for what you get - it's not excessive, but not a bargain either.

It has taken over 5 months and 40+ pillows to find the right one. I have DDD in my neck which causes my right hand to go numb at night if my neck isn't supported correctly. Most companies suggest trying a new pillow for two weeks to adjust and you might have neck pain during that process. I know after the first night if a pillow will work for me due to the numbness. I purchased the other Lofe Adjustable pillow with 4 heights, but couldn't get the height quite right. I realized that the quality and density of the memory foam was the ideal material for me. Everything about it was perfect, except the heights. The seller reached out to me and told me they have an adjustable with 10 heights and two different densities. The white foam is 1.5" Ultra Soft and the blue is 1" Soft. After a few variations, I found the PEFECT match for me - two blue on the bottom with the white on top for 3.5" total in height. I slept like a baby and am completely pain free with no numbness. I also travel a lot for work and have been on the same search for a travel pillow that will compress enough to fit in my carry-on without rolling it up and taking too much room. I noticed that Lofe sells individual inserts, so I purchased another blue one. I am in the process of cutting the foam and sewing the protectors back on to make a travel pillow of the exact same proportions of my bed pillow. For the price, you can't beat this brand and quality. I'm a hot sleeper, so I couldn't use the zip case it came with. I use the Jersey Knit Soft Envelope Pillow Case from N&Y Home Store on Amazon. This keeps the foam inserts tightly together so they don't slide around. Then I cover it with the cooling pillow case from Sleep Number. Overall, this is the best money I've ever spent and could not be happier with the quality and customer service I received. Thank you!

What I like most about this pillow is the ability to adjust the height and firmness by selecting different combinations of layers of the memory foam pillow slices!

This pillow is just the right size and thickness to put between my legs when I sleep. It’s very comfortable. I also like the fact that the cover can be removed and be machine washed. And the cover is a color that doesn’t show stains from perspiration, etc. I’m very glad that I made this purchase.

I wanted to like this pillow. I liked the idea of this pillow but its pretty terrible. For a side sleeper, It maintains no firmness nor shape. It shifts and bunches up into a sloppy mess that doesnt support your head or neck as it all mushes out around where it needs to be. The loft does not stay in place for support and its way to soft

Returned it, way too soft. Small. Layers shift around. Just terrible.
