I've had this in my Blackvue DR900S-2CH for nearly 2 years without any issues.  I previously had a Sandisk High Endurance card and it would randomly reboot every few weeks.  This Samsung card has been rock-solid

Yes, I have both the 128 and 32 as a backup for my Tesla, both work great. If you go above 32 you have to use another program to format to fat 32, but it’s not difficult.

Just as an FYI, if you have a card reader for your PC, there are free programs that'll allow you to reformat any SD/HDD/SSD to FAT32--even the largest ones. (one utility is "fat32format")  The inability to format cards >32GB as FAT32 from within the built-in Window's utilities is an arbitrary limitation they've set, essentially removing our choice in the matter for whatever reasons.  The actual maximum partition size for FAT32 is 2TB.  I've found this often also gets around many devices' supposed maximum supported card size--the max size they claim is based on the version of ExFAT/licensing that's legal for the device, and if they didn't license ExFAT support in the firmware, they usually only claim a 32GB max, however I've run FAT32 formatted cards of 64/128GB in more devices than I can remember that said they couldn't do it... but they did when it was the correct format.
