Or do you just have to figure out yourself, where all the screws and fasteners go?** A: It does not come with instructions but is very easy to figure out. **Q: will this fit a g35x 2008 model?** A: I do not think that it would fit. I looked it up online and the bolt holes look different compared to this one and the shape is a little different. They do have them out there though, unfortunately I did not find any for you g35x here on Amazon, you will need to go on google to find the right fit.
