How to hang 16” clock with included star hook

I needed to drill a small hole in the brickwork of our backyard patio area, then put in a plastic anchor and matching screw that holds the clock firmly in place. I hope that answers your question.

This is the hook for the outdoor clock.The corners of the star-shaped plastic piece are held in place with hammer nails, and the center protrudes through the hole in the back of the clock. Thank you.

Is the entire clock 12 inches of just the glass face part of it?

The clock is 12 in and the glass is 9 in. It’s a great outdoor clock on my covered porch, and the temperature gauge is accurate
