Product came broken with the proof of work wrapped around the machine snapping the needle. Replaced the needle and the machine no longer runs properly, assuming the tension that snapped the needle also pulled some other components

Excelent machine, but very poor instructions. Had to google a lot of information to figure out how to set it up. "Manual" that comes with it is useless. Instructions found in Amazon support area are basic at best. Nothing on using the bobbin winder so I have to wind those by hand. Also no info at all on threading the bobbin shuttle, but found info on that online. After a lot of hunting online for proper instructions, it works very well and goes through the thickest leather I have with ease.

The provided stand is barely balanced and not stable. The instructions are borderline non-existent. The printed material is pictures that have barely any relevance. In order to perform basic operations you have to find independent YouTube videos (i.e. to explain how to properly align the bobbin carrier). After it tipped over, I have been unable to insert the threaded rod that serves as an axle for the sewing thread.

Legs fell off/bent because it’s too heavy for them.

No he tenido suerte con la máquina, el hilo se parte, sale sucio, se parte la aguja. No se que mas intentar y lamentablemente se paso el tiempo de devolverla porque no la use hasta ahora.

The machine arrived complete with no damage. The finish and fit on these machines is rough. I deburred, smoothed, sanded, filed and generally cleaned up the machine before I tried to use it. Once I found the correct tension for the thread and material I was sewing, I was able to sew very thick leather. There are a lot of You Tube videos about these machines and they are very helpful.

How the Chinese government, which is involved in most Chinese exporting, can let these items ship in such a poorly finished state, thereby embarassing China, is a mystery to me. On the plus side: - Mine has a groove in the main drive wheel for using a belt and motor, so working on that now. - Packaging was excellent - Good paint - No visible rust OTHER THAN on the bobbin/bobbin carrier/shuttle mechanisms On the negative side - The tripod bent under the weight of the machine so it is useless. Making my own mount. - Some parts were so rough they had to be filed/sanded to stop snagging thread. - The thread mount needs a conical little rocket shaped thingy to insert into the bottom of thread spools to keep them from wobbling all over and triggering thread ball ups. - The bobbin winder is totally inoperable. I had to remove the shaft to use it on a drill, so I removed the winder altogether. How can they ship that??!! - The bobbin threading process is an excruciating pain in the posterior region. They could easily incorporate a bobbin system like a normal sewing machine but they don't. - I ordered the "5 sets Reasonable Size " bobbin set with carriers and gears etc., on another Amazon order and they could go on display as rust sculptures! It will take hours to tune those up. Soaking in WD 40 for now. Summary This is OUTHOUSE QUALITY stuff, but they are all like that so all we can do if we want them ...is deal with the issues ourselves. Hundreds of videos online about getting them working. Very few about successfully using them.

Hay muchas cosas que mejorar en cuanto a la calidad: 1) No trae instructivo, hay que usar la intuición para aprender a usarla si nunca has usado una máquina de este tipo. 2) El pie requiere mucho tiempo para alisar sus dientes de corredera, porque si los dejas rompe o desgarra lo que vas a coser. 3)Viene desarmada y también tienes que adivinar como ensamblar el disco para que puedas coser, si lo ensamblas mal no podrás usarla. Me tarde algún tiempo para poder iniciar una costura. 4) Trae agujas normales de costura n° 18, lo que solo permite coser con ciertos grosores de hilo como para mezclillas gruesas. 5)A falta de instructivo deberás ver muuuchos videos de youtibe para aprender a usarla correctamente. 6) la base la ternarás que echar a la basura, no sirve de nada. Tienes que adaptarla a la mesa o fabricar un soporte especial. Yo soldé la placa de base a un pedestal y así coso de pie. En términos generales por el precio es una excelente adquisición, la he probado en coser zapatos y con mucha rapidez.
