Works great, Alows me to get out in the yard and yet be called back in side if my wife needs me for something.

We have ordered several of these systems (multiple watches, multiple base stations, and 30 buttons) and paired them all together for our assisted living communities for seniors and they work GREAT, we are now buying the same system for a 2nd facility we purchased which is 44 beds... HIGHLY recommended Its nice having a flexible systems that we can continuously add to as our needs grow, we bought on amazon, but use the customer service direclty on their website which is chat and whatsapp chat and they always answer whatever questions we have when we are adding to our existing products Batteries have been in the alert buttons for a year now and we have none of them need replaced so i'm not sure of exact battery life they also have gate sensors and door & window sensors that we have not purchaed YET but plan to

We've been using the CalltoU Wireless Cargiver Pager/Watch alert system for seven months, and we couldn't be happier! My dad can use one of the five pager buttons throughout the house to alert me anytime he needs assistance. The Bluetooth range even allows my dad to be able to reach me when I'm in the yard working. For anyone who needs peace of mind while caring for a loved one, this product is a wonderful must-have!

I have had it over 6 months now and still working good. Wakes me up if I’m needed to assist. I would prefer the light not coming off and on but I’m getting used to it.

The watch and the transmitters do work, but after messing around the watch interface, and reading the poorly written/translated manual over and over again, I finally got it to work, but still don't understand part of the features. The QR-Code on the manual did NOT pull up an installation video of the product, but a video on how to install and use a fire-extinguisher. The battery on the transmitter is actually a 23A 12V battery, not the AAA battery printed on the manual. I wish the product came with a number sticker where I can stick in the front or the back of the transmitters, because after setting all 10 transmitters up, I forgot which is which. Though they do work, but I could only give a 3-star rating because of all the fuzz, mess and trial-&-error I went thru getting them to work.

This amazing little system gives me piece of mind. My elderly mother lives with me and this enables her to contact me in the middle of the night if she has a need. The instructions were very clear and I was able to connect it easily. Luckily we haven't had an emergency, but we have tested the device for response and I was able to feel the vibration function in the basement while my Mom was on the main floor. I recently lost the charging cable and contacted costumer service. They have gone above and beyond to help me aquire another one. I couldn't be more happy with this purchase and I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Great idea but quit working after 2 months

Edited: Seller promptly sent the digital manual but I really didn't want a watch type caller so I returned it. Can't really offer a review since I didn't try it out. I have ordered their pager style instead. But seller was very nice about it all. Old review: I have no idea how to set this up. If you try to use youtube to find a video, I couldn't find one of this item. Why does a seller ship something this complicated without a manual? Very disappointed.
