This Dole Gold is the absolute best pineapple you’ll eat just outside of a fresh cut one. Very easy to chew and so delicious. I bought an entire flat of them.

Don’t let the sweetness fool you. Just because it’s packed with it’s own juices, it is sweet. Very good. I eat them with cottage cheese. Don’t need a can opener. Just pull the tab and enjoy.

You can’t beat Dole for the best tasting pineapple. Great price also! Pineapple is great for inflammation.

These are just great! Pretty pure according to the can. Taste great. I eat a lot of canned foods for my lunch (to save time and money). These little pineapple bites come in a can with a good amount of juice (I usually take a sip off the top and have a solid gulp or two by the end). There are like a zillion little bites inside (only once, out of like 75 did I have a hard rind to spit out). It's enough to fill up a regular sized person if this were all you were going to eat (although I recommend a more balanced diet). They're just prefect. I recently lost my job. I talked to my partner about how to keep expenses down. We decided on canned tuna, salmon, some apple sauce, and these pineapples. Cannot express how cheap, but great tasting and fresh these little bites are.
