My one and only complaint is that every time they handle the bag at the airport it gets greasy and dirty and is hard to clean. Other than that, it is a great bag. I love the way it collapses and expands. The handles are tough and well-placed, and I even figured out how to attach straps to make it backpack-capable. I'll continue to use it but will be abandoning it for Europe. I found that the bag held so much it was too heavy to carry. Not because of the bag, but because of what I put in it. The bag is fantastic. It holds plenty of clothes and other items, lays out great, rolls well, and is easy to spot off the conveyor at the airport.
