This product was exactly as advertised and seemed to be solid. I know some people complained about the fact that they only provide one size screws but I didn’t have any problem cutting them at the breaking points to the length I needed (which is what they suggest). Others complained that the handle was difficult to install. I didn’t have any problems. Once installed, I found that it worked well.

This lock works great, the semi flush mount works perfect for my application even though I had to remortice the backset pockets and striker plate because mine has a radius and the new lock set was squared so I had to get a 1” wood chisel (no big deal). My reason for 4 stars is the damned cut off screws stink because without a screw cutter you can’t do this without doing severe damage to the threads so I got a screw cutter and this solved that issue, unless there is a better way to do this I strongly suggest a screw cutter. It makes this job a huge amount easier. It would have been a lot easier to include multiple length screw even if it increased the price by a couple of bucks because the screw cutter is a lot more than that.

I have been looking for a handle like this for years for my outside security door. There isn't enough clearance for a regular handle between the security door and the real door. Fits perfectly. Looks great. I'm so happy. If you find it's difficult to turn it's because you overtightened the screws. Simply loosen them slightly.

Got this for our pantry where our fridge door was running into the old handle. This was not only a perfect solution, the fridge can open all the way now and no more dents, but also its held up beautifully and works perfectly. Installation is a bit slow compared to other knobs just bc you have to line up parts you cant see, but nothing crazy. A basic diyer could do it. It looks gorgeous, fit perfectly and is functional. What more could you ask for. I did wait a couple months to see how it held up to regular use with messy kids pulling at it and getting stuff all over it so its needed frequent cleaning. Its been great, zero complaints. Would definitely recommend and purchase again

Not worth the money. No instructions, you need a hacksaw or snips to cut down the screws to length, and the screws are silver despite everything else being black - what a cheap choice! It is also VERY hard to turn - if you tighten the cups down securely it compresses the handle. The only way the handle works easily is if the cups are so loose that they also spin!

Have a door near the entrance that had a very large protruding handle that would always get in the way when coming in with groceries or anything else. This lowered the profile of that handle to basically nothing!

I used this product on 3 closet doors in the house. I used them because I did not want a doorknob hitting the adjacent wall when open. They look great on my pine wood doors (natural color with just poly.) I would have given it 5 stars, but the spring mechanism that returns the latch to the extended position when the doorknob is released isn't strong enough. I have to twist it open and twist it back to extend the latch. These doorknobs were installed by my builder, so it's not a DIY issue, they all have the same issue.
