I was very happy with their customer service

This item is a replacement chamber that holds the ground beans and is not an entire functioning coffee grinder. The original product had a component in the chamber that could crack and the manufacturer replaced that component with a different material. If you bought a Triangle Burr Grinder and had a problem with the locking mechanism that holds the bottom part to the top breaking, EZE Homegoods has a lifetime warranty on their product and if you contact them via their website you can have the problem resolved. They gave me a promo code t get this replacement chamber for 20 cents. I was very happy with their customer service. They stand by their product and provided a satisfactory solution to the problem I had.
