Below is a detailed breakdown of the major issues I encountered: Poor Sound Quality: The volume is extremely low, even at maximum settings. The overall audio quality is subpar, especially when compared to significantly more affordable options from brands like OnePlus and boAt. It's almost impossible to hear anything clearly outdoors due to the lack of noise cancellation and weak volume output. Uncomfortable Fit: The design is quite uncomfortable. If you're not used to in-ear styles, this product will likely cause ear pain after short usage. It also doesn't come with any earbud attachments to help with fit or comfort. No Return Policy & Poor Support: Amazon does not allow returns for this product and instead directs you to the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the manufacturer is unresponsive—they don't answer calls or offer any real support, making it difficult to resolve issues. Not Worth the Price: Spending ₹12,000 on a product with such poor quality and no support feels like a waste. For the same price, I could have opted for Apple AirPods, which offer far better performance and reliability. The only redeeming quality is the design—the earphones look premium and feel good in hand. But if you're prioritizing sound quality and comfort, this product completely misses the mark. Final Verdict: This is one of the most disappointing purchases I've made. I genuinely hope Amazon introduces a 0-star rating option in the future, because this product would deserve it.

This is amazing. Its a pure value for money. Light weight and it does hurt the ears. Buy it... no 2 thoughts to it.

Built quantity - top notch. Sound quality - could have been better. (after using Apple AirPods Pro, this took a bit of time to get adjusted to). What I did not like: the touch sensor on both the EarPods are way too sensitive. I still haven’t got used to it despite having been using them for a while now. NO active noise cancellation is a big draw back. For the product that is priced at INR 11999/- ANC should have been an inbuilt feature. At the end of the day It’s a Marshall - well known for their sound quality. If you are okay with not having built in ANC and with super sensitive sensor, go for it!

I wanted a pair of earbuds without silicone tips because they are not suitable for me, especially during the summer. After much research, I decided to get these buds. Initially, after reading reviews, I thought they might not be great, but I trust Marshall as a brand. Trust me, the sound is amazingly clear, with no artificial bass. It sounds very original, and you will hear every instrument played in the music. I only experience discomfort in my right ear, but it is bearable and will likely adjust after regular use. These earbuds are highly recommended for Teams calls.

One of the worst decisions of buying this product it’s horrible the audio/video quality is worst even after talking to customer care they are telling me we cannot do anything about quality it seem. If you planning to buy this product please don’t

Audio quality is decent enough but the fitting is worst . It hurts a lot to ears and it doesn’t have ANC . It’s not loud even 2-3k worth buds give better sound and loudness . And it’s very hectic to do the warranty process as we own needs to mail marshal for any warranty claim

Super écouteur, les basses son super bonne les aiguë pareil. Vraiment une énorme différence avec les minor 3 qui sont beaucoup trop fade à mon goût. De plus sur les minor 4 on peut augmenter ou baisser le volume sur le tactile des écouteur et la gestion des balances sont super je recommande fortement. Minor 3: 3/10 Minor 4: 9/10

I really like the marshall iv earpiece. I like the sound quality and the robust build I drop the earpiece from standing height a few times and the earpiece did not display any damaged i hope it last me for many years.

Ho acquistato queste cuffie principalmente per effettuare chiamate e ascoltare musica nel tempo libero. All’inizio ho avuto dei piccoli imprevisti durante l’utilizzo, il mio umore è peggiorato notevolmente ed ero molto arrabbiato. Successivamente ho contattato il servizio clienti professionale di Amazon. Il servizio è stato davvero impeccabile: gli operatori sono stati molto pazienti, concentrati esclusivamente sulle mie esigenze e hanno lavorato con grande rapidità. Hanno risolto tutti i miei problemi senza alcuna imperfezione. Soffro di otite cronica. Ho provato 5 modelli di cuffie dal costo superiore ai 100 euro, ma tutti mi hanno causato la ricaduta dell’otite. Soltanto le cuffie economiche e a basso costo non mi davano questo problema. Fortunatamente, anche queste cuffie non provocano alcuna infiammazione all’orecchio. Ne sono estremamente soddisfatto. La qualità del suono è discreta e piacevole. Le ho comprate soprattutto per le chiamate, e la ricezione vocale è perfettamente chiara. In passato ero costretto a usare solo cuffie economiche, con audio scadente e chiamate poco comprensibili. Ora con questo prodotto ho finalmente trovato la soluzione ideale. Un prodotto valido, confortevole per orecchie sensibili, con un supporto clienti eccezionale. Lo consiglio vivamente.
