Great Fruit Press Product. Real Game Changer
We are a small farming operation in Central Texas. We raise Blackberries for Jelly and Press Cactus Pears for a Margarita syrup. We cannot say enough about our new Mosakar Fruit Press. It is everything they say it is. It is made out of very sturdy material and will hold up. We have pressed our Blackberries and Cactus Pears without any problems. So if you are in the market for a fruit press. Then the Mosakar 5.28 gallon Fruit Press is the right one for you. Bottom Line: It has revolutionized our juice preparation process. We have used it twice and it works well. My only complaint is that the hydraulic jack could have been stronger, it seems like it does not have enough power to press all the juice out.

Best cider press for home or small farm.
Buy the set with the grind/masher too. This set turns a 5 gallon bucket it apples in to mash in under 50 seconds, then presses that into cider in about 2 minutes taking your time to allow the structure of the press compensate for the force on the fruit until. This year year was easy, only made 50is gallons if cider…. Next year were making more and no not foresee any problems. This press is sturdy. Not be a dummy and try and max out the pressure on it from the start. Will update with video or pics next year.

This works well for juicing our hundreds of pounds of berries, grapes and apples.

Damaged when it arrived
Item was damaged in shipping, more specifically, the basket that the press goes through. Moskar customer support is nonexistent, it took two Amazon reps to order a whole new press, no individual items can be replaced. It’s cheap Chinese manufacturing, it is not very sturdy and the hydraulic jack is something you would find at Harbor Freight.
