Very good sleeping mat... worth the purchase.
I was very surprised and happy when I tested out this mat. When I unrolled it I was a little nervous. I was afraid it was going to be just like any other inflatable pad/mattress. I was very happy. the foot pump was easy to use. depending on the ambient temp will effect how long it takes to pump up. The test at my home (71F) took a tad longer than when I pumped it up at the camp site (40F). or at least that's how it seemed. It stayed well inflated- I could not tell any loss in firmness, it fit in our tent well with a camping cot. It was very light weight and easily packed up and up packed. It went back into the package exactly as it came out- which is total not the norm for most products. As a side sleeper my hip never touched the ground and I did not sink into the mat. My only small hick-up is that it has a small bump at the top for a "Pillow". I sleep with my arm under my pillow so it took a minute to get my positioning correct. But I was able to get comfortable and slept very well.

Great Sleeping Pad That Doesn't Break the Bank!
I purchased the sleeping pad to use on top of our camping cot and it was a game changer. The pad airs up very easy with the built in foot pump. The sleep pad is very comfortable and it stayed aired up all night. When I laid on the pad I did not sink at all to where I was touching the cot surface with my shoulders or hips. The pad is not loud when you move on it. Deflating it and packing it back up is painless. The pad fits right back in the case with ease. I would highly recommend this pad for camping!

comfy & folds up surprisingly small
Surprisingly comfortable. Easily inflated without much physical effort within about a minute or two using the foot pump. The instructions are terrible and hardly informative due to tiny font, incorrect grammar, and tiny inscrutable photos, so just note that (1) the cap on the pump needs to be rotated 90 degrees (when the cap is open) depending on if inflating or deflating; (2) the plug cap at the other end of the mat has two parts, so that when you unplug this cap, one part of the cap comes out, but not the second part of the plug cap, which is still fully closing the hole, so you need to unplug that part of the cap as well; (3) the plug cap needs to be fully pushed in to the point that it makes a slight pop sound, which essentially requires pressing down twice: the cap appears to be fully seated when pushing in, but likely needs to pushed further with a little more force until you hear a pop sound in order to obtain a complete seal - if not fully closed, you can see about a 1 millimeter gap, which is what one of the minuscule photos on the terrible instructions is trying to show. After fully inflating, I needed to let out about 10 to 20 percent of the air for the mat to be sufficiently soft, otherwise the mat felt too hard upon laying on it. With this partial deflation, I was also able to temporarily store the mat as folded in half (photo). The slight rise for the pillow is not that helpful because I found this pillow too hard to use as a pillow, so I would prefer if the mat were fully flat so that I could use a normal pillow. The combined mat-pillow and normal pillow caused my neck to be at a slight angle, so I needed a relatively flat pillow. I'm 5 foot 7 inch, and the length of the mat was just about long enough when well stretched out, such as laying on my stomach, having both arms folded just above my head but still on the mat, and having my feet flexed (about flat) where my toes just hung beyond the bottom of mat. So while the length is impressive, it might be a bit short if you're particularly tall but only depending on how you sleep and whether you want your toes still on the mat. I was very surprised that upon folding up the mat, the mat easily fit back in its storage bag (see photo) such that it took up less space in my suitcase than it did in the shipping box upon receiving the order. To fold up, I pushed the air out toward to open hole and leaned my knees on the folded part of the mat to keep it flat. I think I folded the mat up a little differently from what the instructions suggested. The storage bag also has a sliding/locking plastic tab on its cord that keeps the end of the bag closed. Overall I'm very happy with the mat for when I need to sleep on a floor, which I did for about 10 nights. I slept well and felt about as well-rested as a normal bed after each nights sleep despite being over 50 years old, although I found that occasionally turning from sleeping on either side to sleeping on either my back or front was a little more comfortable for my hips.

Really works! Definitely would recommend.
Pro: It did take about 5 minutes to pump the mattress up but was easy with the built-in foot pump. It deflated very fast and no need to push out lingering air pockets and I had it folded and back in the bag in less than 5 minutes. It's lightweight and my 145# grandson said it was comfortable and cushioned the hard floor. Fabric is thick and seems durable but time will tell. Con: Only measured 3.5" thick when inflated but very firm. Does slide on the floor if person moves around a lot but not a big deal.

Extra Thick Comfort & Easy Setup (5/5 Stars)
I just spent a weekend sleeping on the FNARMW Camping Sleeping Pad, and I have to say, this thing is incredibly comfortable! The extra thick 5-inch design really makes a difference—it felt more like a proper mattress than a camping mat. I'm a side sleeper, and I didn't bottom out once, which is a huge win for car camping. We had one night where the temperature dropped into the lower 40s, and I was impressed that this pad didn't lose any air at all, unlike traditional air mattresses that often deflate overnight in the cold. The built-in foot pump is a genius feature. However, I learned an important lesson right away: make sure the pillow valve is completely closed before you start airing up the main pad, otherwise, all the air will leak out! lol. It took me a minute to figure out why I was working so hard for nothing, but once I sealed the pillow, inflation was smooth. Since I was inflating it inside my smaller dome tent, using the built-in foot pump was a little difficult due to the angle. I ended up inflating it easily by hand instead, and it took about 50-60 pumps to get it perfectly firm. That's a quick, easy workout for such a comfortable result! It deflates quickly and packs down nicely into the bag. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their camping sleep quality!

I sent this mat with my child to camp and it performed just as needed. It's compact and holds air nicely. Easy for a child to use!

I was honestly surprised by this sleeping pad. I mainly bought it for cottage trips with my family and for those times I end up crashing at friends’ places while traveling. Usually, I just make do with whatever is available, but I wanted something lightweight, compact, and inflatable to keep as a backup. The first thing that caught my attention was that it’s 5 inches thick. That’s much thicker than most camping pads, so I was curious to try it. Out of the bag, it’s impressively small, about 11 inches tall and 6.5 inches wide, and weighs only around 2 pounds, which is nothing to carry around. The material feels sturdy, made of nylon that is waterproof, lightweight, and durable. I checked the seams and everything looked clean with no sloppy glue or weak spots. It also has buttons on the sides, which is handy if you want to connect it with other camping gear. Inflating it was simple. It has two valves: one for deflating and one for inflating. Just close the deflating valve and leave the inflation one open while you pump. I didn’t want to get it dirty with my feet, so I just used my hands to pump it and it only took about five minutes. It was effortless and the air went in smoothly and stayed in. My advice is not to overinflat and once it feels taut and firm, you’re good. The comfort was what really surprised me. The surface feels great, not plasticky at all. It has a woven texture that’s nice on the skin, even on bare feet. It also comes with a built-in elevated pillow area, which is a nice touch and makes it more compact since you don’t need to bring a separate pillow. Size-wise, it’s about 80 inches long and 30 inches wide when inflated, and it supports up to 800 pounds. I’m not a tall or heavy guy, but this could comfortably fit most people. I also really like that it’s 5 inches off the ground, which keeps you away from dust, dirt, and cold surfaces. I felt secure lying on it and never felt like I was sinking too close to the floor. At only 2 pounds, I think I’ll start keeping this in my luggage whenever I travel. It feels durable, comfortable, and practical, and I was impressed by the overall quality. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants an emergency backup mattress, a travel essential, or just an upgraded piece of camping gear.

there are many use cases for this particular camping bed i can think of, but for now, i need to lay down (no pun intended) what my primary goal was for acquiring it. you see, our son whose 12 still loves to camp in our masters bedroom every now and then. whenever he feels lovey dovey and just want to be with his parents, he does that. before this bed, he would often bring our super large, -30 celsius rated sleeping bag and lay it on the ground. he prefers to camp rather than actually sleep beside us on the bed. although the sleeping bag was alright, it wasnt a cushion nor as comfy as this inflatable bed. we got it setted up in no time this evening. it took about 4minutes to pump (not in a rush on doing so). at first i was afraid of covering the hole by the foot pump while inflating thinking, it wont be efficient. But i was wrong. all went well. before our eyes, we saw a flat thick nylon plump up to a supportive and confident bed to lie on. yes, i said confident. one of my pictures shows our son testing it out (5'8") comfortably fitting within the beds parameter. ive also included a picture of a closeup shot of the material used. im not sure if you were able to zoom in but its thick and very apparent that its waterproof. when finished, it was as easy as opening all valves and voila, fold em into a small form factor and tuck away in its own carrying case (included). overall, this is a great item to have. no need for plugs or noisy pumps. just alittle bit of "knee-grease" and you're on your way.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this sleeping pad. I thought I'd be there all day trying to pump it up with the built-in pump, but it only took a few minutes of fairly gentle squeezing before it was ready to go. The seams are solid the entire thing is very well built. I'm a pretty heavy guy but the pad supported me no problem. It has snaps along the edges for folding and rolling it up. Maybe my only criticism is that, like most camping gear, it doesn't seem to roll back to the same size as when you unpack it! It fits in its carrying bag fine... "girth-wise", but is a bit longer length-wise to where I can't cinch the bag closed. Definitely not the end of the world. Probably my own fault anyway.

This mattress came at at the perfect time. Our house is being renovated so my daughters ended up sleeping together in the same room. This twin-sized mattress was used underneath her sleeping bag as a temporary measure. The best part about this mattress is that it is light and contains its own pump. I managed to figure it out without looking at the instructions. A large valve cover is at the underside of the footbed. You simply open it up and pump. You can use your foot, but I used my hands similar to CPR. It only took maybe 25-50 pumps to get the mattress inflated to a good amount of firmness. It does make a bit of noise when tossing and turning since it is made of a vinyl-like material, but that is to be expected. The mattress itself is fairly comfortable.. I was able to enjoy a nap on it with no issues. Deflating is equally easy by means of a separate valve. Button snaps are mounted on the sides in case you want to join two sleeping pads together. I haven't tested this outside in a tent, but this is great if you host guests every so often and don't have a guest room. I'm interested in getting a second one. Highly recommended!
