**Q: Will this work with an xcarlink car stereo converter . I have a iPod touch 4th generation  and the current adaptor won't work or charge the iPod ?**
A: I can't be 100% sure but I'd lean towards a yes... I had the same problem - a Kenwood head unit that would play back from my 4th generation iPod but not charge it but this solved the problem. Give it a go, you can always return it if it doesn't work.

**Q: Can i use this product to connect a usb mp3 to the gear4 street party3?**
A: No this is for iPod or iPhone 4 (and below) only.

**Q: I want to connect an old ipod to a new lightening connection - will this work?**
A: I take it you want to connect an early model iPod to the new Lightning Connecter as used on iPhone 5 and new iPad charging cables?  If so, the answer is no, this item won't do that and at this time, I can't see one that will do that.

**Q: Will this charge an iPad connected to a camera connection kit?**
A: Thank you for your interest in our products. Unfortunately, the dockStubz+ cannot provide power while the Apple Camera Connection kit because that accessory ties up the USB charging & data pins preventing power from being fed in from the Micro USB port on the side.
